４階のファミリールームへは、３階から一旦外の階段へ出てから上がるので、生憎の雨で少し大変でしたが、リーズナブルに宿泊できたと思います。 清潔なお部屋でしたし、地下のラウンジもスペースがちょうどよく、素泊まりには十分でした。 さらに表示

スタッフの方々がとても親切で親しみやすく、チェックイン時、その対応に安心すると共に嬉しく思いました。ベッド、キッチン、洗面台、トイレ、シャワーの各設備も清潔です。シャワー男女別に各１つなので、時間帯をずらして使いました。居心地が良かったので今度は長期滞在してみたいです。 さらに表示

写真を見て予約しました。 写真が沢山載っていたので広い宿と思っていましたが、コンパクトでした。 簡易キッチンで簡単な料理が作れて良かったです。スーパーで買ってきた食材で色々作り美味しく食べれてリーズナブルでした。 思い切ってたどたどしい英語で外国人の方に話すと、以外と日本語を知っておられ、話が盛り上がり楽しいひと時を過ごせました。 話しかけたりしない人はただ寝るだけの宿になってしまいます。 寝るスペースはカプセルホテルよりも広く、荷物もそばに置けました。館内は清潔感はありました。スタッフの方も親切で良かったですよ！ さらに表示

So I stayed at this hostel 3 years ago. It was a fresh, clean hostel. The owners were very nice, accomadating, they even gave the guests food they cooked. However, now the hostel has been bought by the Hiromas chain of hostels. Like almost all chain hostels, they provide next to no kind of genuine hospitality. The worst thing is that one of my pairs of trousers, a very nice (normally) expensive pair went missing here. Maybe someone stole it, maybe I left it in the shower just before the cleaners arrived. In any case the hostel couldn't help. Worst of all, I noticed in the notebook they leave by your bed (but don't tell you about when you check-in) that if you are late to check-out they charge you ¥1,000 per hour. For this reason alone I cannot recommend this hostel. Worst of all, it is located in a backstreet area of Ikebukuro so it can be really hard to find. Stay elsewhere. さらに表示

I am glad I found this place. Very helpful and friendly staff. These people make an effort to give you whatever you need. And they are very polite. The facilities are great! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is in a very convenient part of town too. I am glad I found this place. I can highly recommend it. I will stay at Samurais Hostel whenever I am in Tokyo. さらに表示
