壁が薄いため隣りの人達のしゃべり声が響いてなかなか寝れませんでした。 チェックインが別なので車がないと不便。車があってもどこに停車したらいいのか分かりづらかった。 ベットの周りにティッシュが落ちていたので不快だったが、トイレやシャワーは問題なかったので一安心。 スタッフ不在なので、防犯上の心配がある。このまわりは無料の駐車場が多いので便利だったが怖いくらい真っ暗なので怖かった。 さらに表示

Away from Kawaguchiko station, so you need a car or by bus. There is a big parking lot outside the hotel. So quite at night, and the room is big and clean. さらに表示

Amazing place. We went from Osaka, Kyoto to here and then to Tokyo on our trip. But this place was the best. HUGE room, amazing location. Though it is away from the main town, near kawaguchiko station, it is worth the travel in. The staff at check-in are really helpful, and give you proper guides. The room itself was fantastic, great beds and good tv. Lots of space. We had a perfect view of Mt. Fuji from our room. Hotwater, microwave, fridge and other amenities were provided as well. Right beside a family mart, and lots of good restaurants serving amazing Hotou (must try when in Kawaguchiko). But the best part about this is the location. 2 minute walk from an almost private beach at lake kawaguchiko. 15 mins cycle from Oishi Park. Views for days, and makes for postcard-perfect pictures of Mt. Fuji! さらに表示

There is a 7 eleven behind the facility about walking distance. Apart from that there’s no place else to eat at dinner time. Everything else about the facility is simply superb. BTW first bus to the train station is at 9.35am. さらに表示

Best part was the location. We could see Mt Fuji from our window. A quick walk to the lake to take all the pictures you want! Not many good options but if you prepare to bring food in, they have a fridge and microwave for use. Hotel is very quiet and peaceful. さらに表示

This Hetel its not like a hotel no staff at the front we have to call to staff for the password to unlock locker for the room's keys feel unsecure because everyone can enter the hotel 24 hr. the room its okay but the drainage system has a problem when we use the bathtub already done the water overflowing to the bathroom floor さらに表示

The room that i took is the largest room with dining table inside, it is better than i thought before. Room was nice, we could see mount Fuji from the window. The hostel was very clean and neat, it is a hostel with total of 8 rooms i think. They provide drink, coffee and tea anytime just outside the room there is coffee and water table. The surprising thing is they provide in-house onsen, where you can enjoy privately with your family for free, but it was a pity that i didn't have time to use it. The location i think it is okay, near the big Kawaguchiko-ohashi bridge within walking distance and some other interesting place within walking distance or bicycle ride. I didn't explore for walking around and for public transportation since i used car. Overall it is a nice place to stay. さらに表示

Pros: big triple room with big bedrooms; good view to the Mount Fuji. Cons: they are bad as one hotel and as one hostel: they do not offer the comfort of a hotel and do not offer the integration atmosphere of a hostel; very dirty bathroom (mold everywhere, sink was very dirty); the linens were dirty; the heater does not heat properly; the taxi company recommended by the property did not come to serve us; there is no staff at the hostel anytime; corridors are cold. さらに表示

The heater’s so noisy all night long. The room is dirty. I’ve found a scandle under my bed. You can hear every walking step of the next door all night even on 2 am so it’s terrible. There is no staff ,you can only contact him by intercom. さらに表示
