比較的新しいホテルに見えました。道頓堀まで徒歩数分という場所にあります。ホテルの周りは、韓国人や中国人のお店が多くそういうところなんだと思います。客は外国人が多かったかも。バスタブがあるのでゆっくりできました。 さらに表示

The hotel is strategically located as it's just a few minutes walk from Dotonbori. Early check in requires additional charges but they allow guests to keep their luggage with them. They even helped to put our luggage into our room. The mattress is on the soft and comfortable. The basic toiletries were provided. However, I'd prefer the water kettle to have larger capacity. True value for the money! My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Booked a connecting room and the japanese/western room with tatami area which I love very much. Very near the shopping area and food district. The bed is very comfortable specially after hours of walking. Very clean hotel. Our room came with free breakfast. Food was ok.. bfast spread was just about right to get you started for the day. No complimentary bottled water though, but still a very very pleasant stay. We'll definitely stay here when we visit Osaka again in the future. さらに表示

Pro Rooms were spacious and comfy. but location a bit further away from dotombori. about 650m to Metro station and dotombori shopping area. Con Should be more flexible and accommodating to provide refund or cancellation due to unavoidable circumstantial or emergency situation which beyond our control.(e,.g Covig 19 that cause many area closed) さらに表示

We booked this hotel more than 6 months ago and had requested a high floor with nice view & was given level 4 upon checking in . After we went to front desk , this staff name Sue Ma told us that we had used the room today and unable to change for us when we did not even use the room for more than 15 mins . She is not customer centric & kept on emphasising that we had used the room & unable to change . After I showed her that I had requested it Long time ago she said that everyone is also requesting & in a very frustrated manner . One Japanese staff saw and was ohhh and obviously I think they missed out our request . The Japanese staff was apologetic and try to salvage the situation but not the china staff . I would never go back again after being traumatised by the service . The hotel didn’t even have a decent laundry bag Nor hair cap . さらに表示

Very clean room and cleaning staff is the best! The only downside of the hotel is the washing machines, only two available and often occupied. There is a coin laundry shop next to the convenience store family mart around the corner and cost less. Overall great location and clean hotel さらに表示
