I missed the pickup shuttle and they helped me arrange a taxi. My room was upgraded. Very spacious and nice furniture. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Food was great. Thanks for the creative chef and the fresh local ingredients! The outdoor onsen was the best part. The mountain view was soothing.
