Great position for 2 couples visiting Dotonbori, but not so fabulous for 4 adults & 1 child. Our older children (boy & girl) not sharing a bed, found it a bit difficult. No sheets supplied to make up the extra futon bed. Had to buy for ourselves. No staff present to discuss this with. Only email communication. Got 1 email back within the first evening, but took 2 days to hear back from my next email when asking what they'd like us to do regarding no sheets.
Otherwise, the facilities were great. Fantastic items for facials/grooming in a bag provided.
