I should've paid more attention to the reviews I read before I chose this place. Two things made my (thankfully only ) one day stay lame. (1)The hotel was very difficult to find once I got off the street-car. (2)I read reviews about all the others who requested a non-smoking room and instead got a smoking room. I ended up in the same boat- my room was listed as non-smoking, but the room reeked of cigarettes. I'm pretty sure the room I had only became "non-smoking" because I requested it for the night. Before I arrived, someone had turned on an air purifier to hide the stench- unsuccessfully. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are looking for non-smoking rooms. さらに表示

Located in the nightlife or entertainment district, not that close to the main attractions. Rooms had internet connection but just LAN access (wired) and wireless was not available at the hotel. I had to use the internet from a hotel nearby. The room was surprisingly big for Japanese standards and it was well equipped. さらに表示

Friendly staff but poor english, so can be problematic. The hotel is located in the nightlife area, not ideal for family with young kids. The room has cigarette smell even though there's a no smoking sign stuck on the wall. Breakfast is awful. さらに表示

The rooms here are very big and the bathroom is bigger than some of the other hotel rooms we stayed in while in Japan! Amazing bathtub with mood lighting and a TV! The bed was massive and the room was very clean. The location is great as there are lots of dining options close by and also not far to walk to the shopping areas. Easy walk to the Peace Park as well. Breakfast was pretty average though for Westerners. Toast was pretty much my only option but my husband enjoyed the Japanese variety さらに表示

This was a great hotel. It was in a Great location and the excellent staff. It is right across the street from excellent ramen shops and close to all the major night life locations. It is easy to find and the rooms are clean and quiet large by Japanese standards. Highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed. The breakfast was great too. Many menu items to choose from. If you want a place that is close to the nightlife, then this is the hotel for you. さらに表示

though it was a little hard to find, even with the help of my japanese friends who live in hiroshima, it was a great hotel once i found it. the rooms are spacious and very nice, the breakfast was tasty and diverse, the staff was friendly and always willing to help me when i needed it, and it's within walking distance of several handy areas, like a great okonomiyaki place and a main shopping street. i'll definitely keep it in mind the next time i'm in hiroshima. さらに表示

my check-in to sejour inn was hassle-free. i walked to the desk and in about 5 min i was checked in and had my room key. it was peaceful and the bed was comfortable. it was a smaller hotel, but i liked that because the staff was more attentive. the only criticism i have is that the room size was small for the price, but i think that's more cultural than an issue of being overpriced. i plan to stay again next time i visit the area, which i hope will be sometime soon. さらに表示
