母娘で宿泊。 スタッフの皆様は、私たちが部屋から出てくる姿を見たら、エレベーターを呼んでいてくれたりと、些細なことからとても親切で言葉遣いも丁寧でした。 誕生日だったので、夕食時にフルーツのプレートをリクエストしたら、快く準備していただけました。一眼レフで写真を撮ってくれるサービスをしていただき、翌日写真立てにいれてプレゼントしてくれました。 お料理もどれも美味しく、想像以上のメニューでした。館内も綺麗ですし、露天風呂の雰囲気も好きです。また訪れたい旅館です。 さらに表示

値段の割に全般に粗末。 料理、味は良いが内容は中の下。 ワサビが足りなかったのでもう少し欲しいと言ったらたら有料だと言われ唖然とした。 チェックアウト10時をせめて11時にして欲しい。 この旅館は今後 もう行かないだろう。 さらに表示

I love the Japanese breakfast and dinner at this ryokan. It was very authentic with good quality of food and great service too. My kids loved all the experience in this ryokan. From the room itself which is very traditional Japanese with en-suite bathroom, the 'milky' hot spring water experience, and they love wearing yukata (traditional japanese clothes). The room is so clean and well maintained. Last but not least, the location was perfect too. We took a bus in hakone and the bus stopped in front of the hotel. Would definitely be back if we were to stay in Hakone again! The service was impeccable and our room was just perfect in everyway. Lovely dinner served in our rooms, it made this such a romantic getaway for us. We arrived here with no Ryokan experience. The staff were very friendly and courteous. English was better than some reviewers suggested. The room was beautiful, ours directly faced a nice waterfall. We had the best sleep of our trip in the Japanese style room. The onsen were a lot warmer than I expected. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Mostly older couples venture there, so we had the open-air regular onsen to ourselves after dinner. You have to pay a reasonable fee (1080 yen) for 45 minutes of private onsen. All shampoos, conditioners and lotions were provided: they were high quality. Japanese dinner and breakfast, outstanding! Alone, they make up the value of the room. Multiple dishes, incredibly balanced with flavour. I would not recommend the Japanese meal if you dislike fish. With the onsen on top, you are getting a great deal! If you are looking for a good experience and to be pampered, I would recommend this experience. さらに表示

An enjoyable one night stay at a peaceful quiet ryokan. We stayed at a standard room without a private bath as it was not available on Agoda presumably due to the golden week. Room had a nice mountain view and was very clean with full amenities provided per 5 star hotel. Even come with makeup remover, facial wash and lotion not commonly available in other ryokans. Room looks aged as can be expected from such an old ryokan. The public outdoor hot spring is rather small and basic. Certainly can't be compared to those we have tried in Hokkaido which is wonderfully landscaped. The 2 meals provided were very delicious compared to those in other ryokans. Service was top notch everywhere throughout the ryokan and communication never an issue as staff was able to speak basic English. Definitely recommended if looking for peaceful stay with wonderful food and service. Though there is not much to do around unlike some ryokan which has meadering streams and waterfall where one can take nice walk, it has only a short "forest walk" without much scenery. さらに表示

We really enjoyed our stay here. The moment we walked up the hill, the staff rushed out to greet us and get our bags. True Japanese hospitality. We did the half board and really enjoyed both meals along with the cutest hostess ever. There's both an indoor and outdoor public onsen which were both well-maintained. And the ryokan went to great lengths to make you feel welcome- welcome tea, snacks, yukatas for bathing and sleeping. And the location is great for going to the major sights. さらに表示

It was a good first time ryokan style experience and I am glad I chose Senkyoro Ryokan. The bus from Odawara stops right in front of the resort pathway. But was a bit out of breath after the steep walk up to the lobby. Although a bit expensive, Senkyoro was worth it as the room came with delicious dinner and breakfast meal sets. The dinner was delicious especially the Otoro sashimi and grilled beef steak for dinner. The appetizer Japanese wine provided was sweet and taste good. The public open air onsen was relaxing and peaceful especially with the garden and cold weather. The resort provides full toiletries and amenities for men and women, from head to toe, so don't really need to bring anything even pajamas. Need to pay extra for private open air onsen for couples or family (1050yen for 45 mins). さらに表示
