I love the owner of this house so friendly. And we love the vibe. Tatami? The best! At first the pillow is too small, but turn out it really comfort. The place lil bit cold and when u want to go to bathroom u need to go downstairs. NoT efficient. We weren't order the breakfast, but they gave us free small breakfast because they like us! HAHAHAH. Overall we love to stay here. Tips? Make a good joke and create the good vibe and be cheerful. They will give u free breakfast. HAHAHAHA さらに表示

My family loved staying here. The owners were so nice and helpful in recommending places to go in Takayama. They were very welcoming and friendly. They gave popsicles to my kids when we came home after dinner and it was over all a great experience. We would stay here again. さらに表示

Hosts are extremely nice and welcoming, cozy atmosphere in the living room at evenings, with games and conversation. Made special Japanese breakfast for the festival days. Very clean facilities, but the whole house was freezing cold, didn’t dare to take a shower. Could only heat up room with very loud air conditioner or unhealthy smelling gas oven. We turned on both for five minutes, before the gas smell was too much, but the room went cold again after half hour, and it’s April... don’t recommend staying there in winter/spring if you like it warm and cozy. Location is far away (20 min walk) from bus station, but comfortably close (5min) to the old town/centre of Takayama. さらに表示
