前々日に、見知らぬ番号からの電話。 折り返しかけるとこの宿からの確認。 必ずかけてくるなら、その旨を予約画面に記して欲しい。 こちらの都合も考慮せず一方的に電話をかけることに対して疑問を持って欲しい。 キャンセル防止のつもりだろうが、キャンセルした場合はキャンセル料をとればよいだけのこと。 さらに表示

館内はとてもお洒落で静かな場所でくつろげ、お風呂を含め清潔で、北海道の旅館の中でも大好きな旅館です。 久しぶりに訪れた際に部屋のソファーには大きなシミがあり、満室でもない中何故この部屋に通したのか。。 チェックアウト前にもかかわらず宿泊客より大きな声で話す掃除のスタッフにひきました。 チェックアウトの際にメールが届いてるか確認しておいて欲しいときちんと伝えたはずが、帰りの際何もなく。 こちらから聞く事もやめました。 大好きな場所だったので、ぜひ改善される事を願います。 さらに表示

The hotel is great and the staff service is just awesome. They are friendly, sincere and generous. The only feedback is the bathtub is huge and no handle to assist in getting in & out, which could be a bit dangerous as it gets slippery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is the hotel to be if all you want is privacy and being away from everything. We found it to be a bit inconvenient. Definitely needs a car to travel around or get to the hotel. Nice restaurant but unfortunately extremely limited option for vegetarian like us. Staff were very courteous and helpful さらに表示

Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room with the onsen overlooking the lake couldn't be more perfect. Soaking in the onsen while it was snowing outside was divine. The room was very spacious and very clean. The food, especially the beef, was excellent. I would suggest that you book the hotel shuttle service in advance as it gets fully booked. We felt like annoying gaijins with our big luggage in the local bus, so we opted to get a taxi to get back to the city. There is not much to see in Shikotsuko except for the snow festival when we were there. Not much foreign tourists around. It was a secluded, quiet place was what we were looking for so it all worked out. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would love to go back probably in autumn. さらに表示

This hotel offers all the relaxation and luxury you could desire. It was not overly crowded, it was peaceful and lovely. If you get breakfast and dinner included, know that the food is entirely Japanese (no western food) and is very heavy on seafood. We loved it! さらに表示

I stayed for 1 night in the "Japanese Western Style Room with Open-Air Bath - Adult Only" room for around the cost of 30,000 Yen. The booking only included breakfast; dinner was an additional 8,000 Yen / person (we didn't add dinner, but I believe it was Teppanyaki). The room was very nicely decorated. It was spacious and had a private open-air backyard-like area with the private hot springs. It was very well maintained and there was also a capsule machine with coffee & tea free to consume. The front-desk staff were very friendly as well. Due to the location being quite remote, the hotel also runs free shuttle service to the Minani-Chitose station (otherwise you'll have to take the bus or drive). There's not much to do in the area except for sight-seeing or hiking, but it was very relaxing to stroll through the area and enjoy the views of the lake & mountains. さらに表示
