受付で頂いたパック嬉しかったです。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、浴槽と洗面所の床に髪の毛が所々に落ちていました。 さらに表示

スタッフも宿泊客も外国の方ばかり。 あまりに日本人がいらっしゃらないので不安になりましたが、日本語で話してもすぐに答えが返ってくるしコミュニケーションに困ることはありませんでした。 出来たばかりのようで、写真の通りとても綺麗なホテルでした。至るところに空気清浄機も設置され、快適でした。部屋は写真で見るより狭く感じましたが、、、。 道路挟んで別館に泊まりました。土地柄的に深夜早朝まで人通りが激しくあり、換気扇を伝って歩いている人の話し声(内容ははっきりしないがゴニョゴニョ話す声)が聞こえ眠れませんでした。 安さに釣られ決めましたが、清潔以外は後悔ばかりでした。もっと周りの環境を調べて選ぶべきでした。子連れで泊まるのはオススメしません。 さらに表示

Location is central, a short walk to the main street of Dotonbori and transport stations. Double room is small, as with most Japanese hotel rooms, but manageable for two people who explored for most of the day anyway. Very courteous staff. Free coffee and tea in the lobby was a plus if you’re in a hurry in the morning. Only con was that the bathroom exhaust didn’t seem to be working well. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, even after it had been cleaned and left unused the whole day. さらに表示

This little gem is tucked away in the back streets of Osaka. only a very short walking distance to Dontonburi, America Town and other shopping stores. Pleanty of places to eat and drink nearby. I would return to this hotel in the future. さらに表示

The hotel is surrounded by few train stations within the walking distance, either to reach the Kansai Airport, through Nankai station or to the connecting train stations which possible to take us to the "Must Visit" spots, through Namba station. I have stayed in hotels all over the world; and l truly find this hotel to be one of the best. The rooms are spotless, all staff are incredibly helpful, and their breakfast is amazing. My daughter is a Celiac, and the staff (unlike other hotels in Osaka) went out of their way to take care of her. さらに表示

We had a problem with our booking, we entered the wrong date and the num of persons for check-in did not register properly. But the hotel was able to handle our problems very well and we are more than satisfied with our stay. It a little long walk from the shinsaibashi station, but then its shinsaibashi so you wouldnt even feel the distance The facilities are also complete, even allowing its guests to borrow yukata. The bathrooms are spot clean, the rooms spacious especially the annex. Highly recommending this hotel for those who want to spend a lot of time in shinsaibashi and dotonbori areas :) さらに表示
