2 bedroom apartment was fine for four adults, there are two futons for additional people but this would make the rooms very tight without any area for luggage. Kitchen has only 5 chairs in apartment 11, and it would probably be difficult to fit six people at the table. Small balcony was not available for use in winter time due to falling snow. Parking may be difficult during busy season as street is very narrow with limited spaces. Location was great within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, stores etc. さらに表示

Basically, all facilities provided by Shinsetsu are of high quality including the professionalism of staff who welcomed us on check in day, the staff who answered my telephone calls and the young driver "Sam" who drove us to Kutchan Station. To sum it up, all is very memorable, Oh, ya...not forget to express my gratitude to one " special lady " from the the "ski rental shop nearby"....She was the one who help me get the accommodation access code by call ing up Shinsetsu office on 7 Dec late afternoon around 6pm, さらに表示
