The hotel provides shuttle bus services from/to Matsumoto train station which is very convenient due to infrequent public bus to shirahone onsen. Would like to come back again. さらに表示

We only stayed at the Shirafune Grand for one night, taking the hotel shuttle up from Matsumoto station in early afternoon then back again the next morning. The drive up through the mountains is spectacular. To be honest we were a little concerned that the hotel would be too grand and corporate for us, but the staff were so friendly and caring that it didn’t feel like that. The room was large and spotlessly clean, arranged in traditional tatami mat style. The evening meal was absolutely superb, a delicate Japanese feast. Breakfast was great too. It was a delight to sit in the onsen, looking at the snowy mountains all around. All in all, a totally enjoyable and worthwhile detour. さらに表示

We had a fantastic time at Shirafune Grand Hotel. The room was spacious and overlooked the valley and mountains. The food was excellent and varied over the 3 nights we were there. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and courteous and they were very attentive and gave us personalized service. The Onsen experience was really good - the water was lovely. さらに表示

非常专业细致热情的服务。餐食很丰盛。房间干净整洁。风景和温泉都很好。入住后换到了风景很美的房间。由于第二天要去高山，对交通不了解。工作人员不仅让司机把我们送到汽车站，还打印了英语时刻。出发时下雨了，为我们准备了雨伞。极大程度为客人提供帮助和服务。很感谢。希望下次还有机会入住，一定要多住几天。 さらに表示

房间超大耶，可以像海豹一样在榻榻米上滚来滚去，窗外蒙蒙细雪的风景也很美！可惜山里好多地方有积雪不能去。晚餐早餐都超精致超豪华。私人温泉需要提前预约2100yen左右有50分钟。4000yen30分的马杀鸡一般般吧，没有大阪的整骨院好，其他服务一级棒！温泉水有臭鸡蛋味喝不惯哈哈哈，下次会在夏季造访白骨温泉，感受不同的风景。 さらに表示

服务一流，晚餐和早餐丰盛，温泉舒服，另外还有免费的班车来回于松本站西口。从上高地乘巴士也很方便，到白骨温泉站还有穿梭巴士接送到酒店，意外的惊喜！推荐！ さらに表示
