すごく良い
今回初めて利用させて頂ききました！ 以前から気になっていたホテルで場所は白浜まで徒歩一歩で行けて目の前には公園があって小さな子連れにはピッタリ！ 今回は海に入ってないけど、つぎは夏場に海を利用して泊まりたいです！ 食事もなかなか量で美味しかった！ マイナスポイントは加湿器を借りたのですが排気の所が埃まみれでした！ とても使う気になれませんでした！ ウェルカムドリンクのサービスとかも良くてお風呂も良かったです さらに表示

喫煙者がいたので喫煙室でお願いしました。 過去の経験からタバコが吸える部屋はあまり綺麗じゃなかったり、古かったりだったのであまり期待はしていませんでしたが、こちらのホテルはとっても綺麗でした！！とにかく掃除が行き届いていて、お部屋に不満は全くありません！ また、お部屋の案内や食事の提供の際外国の方に接客していただきましたが、とても礼儀正しく気持ちのいい接客でした！ お風呂は少し小さめで、いろんな温泉を試したい！という方には少し物足りないかもしれませんが、お部屋も素晴らしくご飯もおいしく、接客も良かったのでまた利用したいと思いました。 さらに表示

The staffs are extremely helpful and the dinner and breakfast is delicious!! The room is sooooo big and the view is great. Just that the spring is a bit too small but its enough since i went there during december (to my surprise, there are very few tourists only). The hotel is more than 80 years and locate right on the beach, the room is a little bit old, but the kaiseki dinner and breakfast is exceptional good and tasty which makes the stay worthy. The in-house onsen is average, only one indoor and one outdoor pool and no sauna room and massage pool さらに表示

The hotel is just beside the beach and close the main street of Shirahama where you can find supermarket, shops and restaurants. The hotel is founded more than 80 years with a long history and you can find the old photo inside the hotel which is quite interesting. With respect to the room, we had booked a seaview Japanese room ( 35sq. meter ) which is just meet our expectation, and the in-house onsen is very basic with only one indoor and two outdoor pool. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile to stay in this hotel for its excellent kaiseki dinner and japanese breakfast. さらに表示

The sea view of the room is fantastic. Just few mins to hotel after getting off at bus stop. Onsen is nice too. Lady can enjoy the onsen by hearing the sound of wave at night. We stay here to celebrate our anniversary and take hotel package with dinner: Kumano beef course. The food is great, kumano beef texture is melting in mouth and the seafood are fresh. They have private family bath (2 hour with fee around 1.200 yen, better book in advance) and the onsen facility (there is outdoor onsen that facing the shirahama beach, its very nice view) The hotel access is very easy, you can take Meiko bus from Shirahama St for 340 yen/person. The bus stop is very close to the hotel, just 1-2 minute walk. If you need the direction guide you can ask the nice lady at the tourism Shirahama St., she is very helpful. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can walk around to the beach, the Shirahama beach is just right in front of the hotel. The sand is white, but no water sports here. This is our first experience of ryokan hotel, the room is spacious, on the evening the hotel staff will arrange the futon for you. The futon is actually quite comfort, its not like I imagine would be hard to sleep at tatami. We really enjoy the stay and have a good relaxation here. さらに表示

to the hotel itself, we had a wonderful stay, no complaint. but then Wakayama is really quite town, nothing much to do (summer maybe different). Well we have planned our wakayama trip for relaxation, so we get what we asked for :) さらに表示

Stay three days two nights here with lovely traditional Japanese-style room, it's big, clean, good sea view and good room services. We also spent time in its hot spring and dinner here with good food and services. We find the only drawback is it was a bit expensive as compared to its standard, perhaps it is a peak season for the sakura. さらに表示

The hotel is located at the end of the beautiful white sand beach. All the hotel rooms have stunning views over the beach and the ocean. They have the outdoor onsen which is also overlooking at the beach and the ocean. The food is served in the private rooms on 2nd floor. They labeled our family name at the dinning room entrance, which made us feel more personal and special. The food was very good, but I had to say we had a much better one in Atami. As they don't serve food in the guest room, our room was well maintained with no oily smell, and it's very clean. The staffs are very friendly. Although their English skills are very limited, they try their best to help. But better do some research before arriving. さらに表示

my room is seaview. the onsen view also seaview. the hotel got a very small morning market selling local dry seafood and hv a supermarket where u can buy some local goods and foods. near to Daiso shopping. hotel got free shuttle bus to shirahama station. さらに表示

It was a wonderful stay. Our room was clean and spacious. Since the hotel locates next to the beach, you can have a beautiful view of ocean in every room. Bus stop is just at the front door of the hotel, it's convenient for us to travel. Staff are friendly and attentive. Although they were not fluent in speaking English, we highly appreciate their sincere and polite attitude. Meals are good!
