We stayed at the hotel in May - not a busy tourist time so we didn’t have a buffet for breakfast or dinner. But WOW the set meals were so delicious. The location is very convenient and the staff friendly. さらに表示

Pro's - wide variety of food at the buffet dinner and breakfast, meals were included in the booking, hotel was very clean, the outdoor onsen was nice in winter, able to walk easily to the bus terminal, 2 convenience shops were nearby Con's - not able to check in until after 3pm even though I think the room may have been available (there didn't seem to be many guests around) さらに表示

Like the free parking and the short walking distance from the hotel to the shop where we booked our drift ice and nature walk activities. Both 7-11 and Seicomart are a stone's throw from the hotel too. We had a great time at the outdoor onsen (to ourselves!) which was an unforgettable experience as snow was dashing towards us as we soaked ourselves in the warm onsen. The staff at reception counter spoke good English and this is pretty rare among all the hotels we checked in this trip. Overall, all is good at this hotel! Fully recommend! さらに表示

We booked Shiretoko Noble Hotel with the least expectations as reviews were scarce. However, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay in mid October which is a Low season. The stay surpassed our expectations. We definitely recommend Shiretoko Noble Hotel and will stay here again. Pros 1) The room is big by Japanese standards at 32 sq m. Awesome view of sunset by the sea. 2) Room very functional - Bath inside with WC by one side and basin the other side, They had an automatic Toto bidet toilet which lid opens and closes by sensor. The bath water pressure was strong. 3) A range of Quality Polar toiletries (face and hair) 4) Beds were comfortable. 5) As it was low season, half board was served keisiki style which was elaborate for a 3 star hotel with quality and fresh seafood. This was unexpected and pleasant surprise. 6) Staff were friendly and pleasant. Cons 1) Replace wooden disposable chopsticks which did not go well with the keisiki dinner. 2) Replace western classical music さらに表示

Good location opposite the Utoro pier. The aircon was a bit weak, and had to request a fan from the staff which they provided readily. Pillow was flat and soft. The breakfast and dinner was good. Weekday meal was Japanese style set meal with a good spread of food. さらに表示

Dinner was delicious and the breakfast was ok for such a price range. The onsen on the top floor facing the west was excellent and it was nice to watch the sunset having the hot spring in the female section. The room was clean and the staff was helpful when I needed to print the document for the drift-ice tour. It is only 5-minute walk from the bus station and also from the excellent information centre and Shiretoko Conservation Centre which provides excellent information around this area, but it was far from the onsen street which involves walking up the hill. さらに表示

A comfortable 3.5-star hotel of 48 rooms, located in the centre of Utoro town. Double-glazed glass keeps out the noise despite the hotel being located beside a regional highway. Staff are friendly and a couple speak English. Parking and wifi are free. The room features fridge, key safe and hot water pot. There is airconditioning, but it either cools or heats depending on the season, something typical of many Japanese hotels. There are adequate powerpoints to charge devices. Flat-screen 32 inch TV, but no English channels available. The attached bath/shower is Japanese style and separate from the toilet. Excellent supply of hot water. It is best to opt for half-board, as the restaurants in the area close around 5-6pm. Set breakfast of mainly Japanese dishes, but includes egg and ham. The best hotel we stayed during our trip to Hokkaido, this hotel should have 4 stars minimum. Excelent room, clean, big, confortable beds, with balcony to have views of the harbour and breath fresh air. Onsen great on the top so you can see sunset while taking a relaxing bath, with sauna is a plus, not many hotels have sauna. Dinner and breakfast are fantastic, we had buffet once and menu set which is amazing as well. さらに表示
