眺めがいいという事は、山の上に建っているという事。しかし、ホテルのスタッフの方がバスターミナルまで迎えに来てくださいます。近所に飲食店は数件ありますが、コンビニは坂の下のみ。二軒ありました。 さらに表示

当たり前ですけど、曇ってたり雨降りだったりしたら、夕陽は見えないです。 私は素泊まりでお世話になりましたが、地元の魚を食べたいと思いましたが、歩いていける範囲に居酒屋や食堂があまりありませんでした。 朝ごはんを宿で摂るなら、前の日のうちにコンビニで買っておくくらいしか方法はないとスタッフさんに言われ、その通りでした。 でも、坂の下にある大手コンビニのおにぎりのお米が普段食べているのより全然美味しくてびっくりしました。 お風呂は大きくて良かったです。 ただ、レンタカー等車がないと移動が不便で、まぁ、お願いすればバスターミナル等坂の下まで送っては頂けますが、私は気を使ってしまいました。 設備も古く、以前に泊まったお客さんの物であろうゴミが部屋に残っていました。 コスパ的には坂の下にある他の民宿やゲストハウスのほうがいいかもしれません。 さらに表示

Not clean, fell itchy with the bedsheet and cover! overpriced, 3 person charged us more than SGD 500 for one night which we have to make our own futons(hotel not prepared for us), no bathroom facilities (shared), no toothbrush, no hair dryer etc those kind of basic stuffs, the hotel called itself onsen, but it’s just a normal public bathroom, disappointed さらに表示

Tastefully designed and clean with a common kitchen. We found out that it is part of a group of hotels and each of the hotels have their own unique theme and vibe. Will stay here for longer to enjoy Shiretoko next time. さらに表示

Nice newly refurbished room (we booked a triple) with en suite toilet/no shower. Nice lobby, onsen and location. However rather expensive for a place without meals compared to other hotels which provided dinner and breakfast for same price. Guy at reception was rather gruff and impatient (perhaps it was one of his off days). Overall stay was OK. Will try other places if I ever go back to Utoro. さらに表示

This hotel is infested by flying bugs outside and you will not able to open the windows for ventilation. There is a unpleasant scent while you step into the hotel entrance and you drag you luggage thru flight of stairs. No private bathroom, and there are very limited eatery around the area. さらに表示

Good location on top of hill with great views of the lake but difficult to drag luggage up from bus station. There are good restaurants within walking distance that are open later than 8pm. The common bath provides beautiful views of the lake below. さらに表示

The room is big and fine, only a bit smelly and old, with a fantastic view however. When we arrived, the receptionist looked like he urgently needed a cup of coffee - he was very sleepy and slow, it looked as if he was very unhappy that he needed to check in yet another guest. 櫃檯人員不段用翻譯機跟我說館內規定，他說日文，翻譯機顯示英文，他一句一句講，我一句一句看，但是他跟我講的館內規定其實早就有印出來放在櫃檯上了，而且是中英日三種語言，我不懂為什麼要花這麼多時間像是在告誡我一樣，尤其是講到廚房使用規定，還特別帶我去廚房跟我說垃圾怎麼分類，放玻璃的桶子，放鋁罐的桶子，廚餘桶，可燃物，洗好的碗盤要怎麼放，好像很怕我會弄亂，這段過程中很不親切，讓我感到不耐煩，整個報到手續大概15分鐘，重點是我完全沒提出問題，都是他在講，我從來沒在日本遇到這麼不友善的服務。 さらに表示
