1人旅で寝るだけでいいと2食付きでとてもお安い部屋で予約、高松から船に乗る前に連絡したら港にお迎えに来てくれました、翌日のレンタカーも相談するとホテルまで持ってきてくれホテル返しでOKとの業者に連絡してくれてお風呂も大浴場があるので部屋には温水便座付きのトイレと洗面しかないですが十分でした。 道路側で景観は望めませんが、お風呂や食事処から海が望めるので充分でした、料金が安いので食事は覚悟していたのですが、充分な量と味で満足でした、ありとうございました。 さらに表示

The view is good, everything's clean and tidy. We feel comfortable to stay. And when we leave we ask for the shuttle, first we thought that should be something like minibus, finally we feel shocked that is a 7-seater and only have two passengers (me and my friend) very good service. さらに表示

The dinner and breakfast were simply awesome with very friend staff members. They had traditional rice cake production at hotel lobby offering a taste of us to try and taste too. The hotel is located near Angel's Road so that you can enjoy the scenery easily. Also, you can enjoy the root top hot spring with the stunning view in the early morning during sunrise. Staff are very nice and take care of their guests a lot even though most of them can only speak limited english. Location very close to Tonosho Port (~670 yen taxi or call hotel for free shuttle at visitor centre if you arriving at afternoon) and Angel road. Free shuttle in the morning back to Tonosho Port (reservation). Traditional Japanese menu set for Dinner and Breakfast are delicious and excellent, they are my most favourite part. My room is a traditional tatami room which has a traditional wood smell (which is fine and normal). The room is clean and well equipped with air-con and has a tea set with snacks for relaxation (traditional way of Japanese night time relaxation after onsen). Indoor onsen at 2/F and Outdoor onsen on 7(or8?)/F, both of them are fine. You can see stars at night and sun rise (if you are really lucky) at dawn at Outdoor onsen and the view is really good. Would definitely recommended to those looking for a traditional Japanese stay experience. さらに表示

Good pick up and return to pier service, staffs are very nice. The hotel next to angel road and it has a very god view. The building is rather old and it really need some maintenance work, it used to be an amazing hotel with a very special spa facility, and even a swimming pool (which has not been use for years), now it is just too old now. I only stayed for one night at this hotel. My room is facing Angel Road and Yoshima YMCA retreat - very nice view! The room is relatively old but tidy. Other than this, the hotel is excellent. Staff can speak English. They provide car rental at around 5000 yen/day (incl insurance) but the car is quite old and dirty to Japanese standard. Next to the hotel there is a big drug store which closes at 10pm. さらに表示

Our very basic room would have been poor value but we were upgraded making the stay much more pleasant. If you are western, be prepared for a very Japanese experience. The food in the DBB package was fantastic, especially dinner, so fresh and well prepared. The staff, despite little English, were very helpful. If you want to stay on Shodoshima the choice is limited. To visit the art islands of Naoshima or Teshima, Takamatsu could be an alternative. さらに表示

the value for money is disappointing comparing to other places i've stayed with similar amount of money(same problem for all the accommodations in this island)... it's quite old, so the room smells funny... the onsen was good, food(breakfast and dinner) is average... best thing is the view~ you get to see the sea and angel road pretty much in the room! さらに表示
