食事は二食ともとても満足でした。スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。 部屋は古いですが綺麗に掃除されてました。唯一気になったのが部屋の洗面所です。洗面所専用のタオルがなく、風呂用のタオルを使いました。その為か、タオル掛けがなく、部屋に置く簡易タイプのタオル掛けを使うしかなく少々不便でした。ドライヤーは昔ながらのタイプで風圧が弱いものでした。大浴場には風圧が強いものがあるのでそちらの利用お薦めします。 全体的には満足です。次回は料理のランクをあげて利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

全体的に清潔感がある。脱衣所も頻繁に掃除されているようで良かった。 部屋も広さは十分、窓からの眺めも良い。 廊下が夜にタバコ臭かったのが少し気になったのと、タトゥーが目立つ日本人客が隠さずに堂々と浴場にいて大声で話していたのは少しびっくりした。 スタッフの対応は良く、食事も美味しかったのでまた機会があれば泊まりたいと思う。 さらに表示

去年もこちらのホテルの予約をしていましたが、予定が入ってしまったので泣く泣く諦め、今回ようやく都合つけれたので、来訪することに。 2月にきたこともあり寒かったので、温泉にまずは入り、その後ビール飲み放題のイベントを利用しました！ クラッカー、ヨーグルト、蜂蜜食べ放題のサービスも一緒に利用しましたが、満足できました。 その後、夕食に入り、良い意味で久しぶりにまだ料理くるんですかと、スタッフさんに言ってしまいました。 私は、料理を結構食べれるほうなのですが、ここまでお腹の限界を超えての満足は久しぶりでした！ 夕食後は、デザートの食べ放題もありましたが、夕食の件もありましたので、少し少なめにしました。デザートもどれも素晴らしいものでした！ 朝食はどんな感じかスタッフさんにお伺いしたら、結構な量ありますよと言われ期待してたら、案の定量が多かったです！ それでも、どれも美味しい物ばかりでしたので、全て食べました！ また、北海道に来た際は、利用したいホテルです！ さらに表示

ラウンジ内で、ビール・ソフトドリンク・スイーツ・軽食などの食べ放題が、とても満足でした。食事も広々とした場所で食べれたのと、スタッフさんたちの笑顔と心づかいが心地よかったです。温泉にゆったりつかって、おいしいものを食べて、あとは何にもしないっていうのんびりプランであれば最高の場所だと思います。ありがとうございました。 さらに表示

Great location, close to the bus stop (taking the local bus from Sapporo bus terminal with 2 medium size luggages). Beside Kaiseki Dinner (a bit too many pickled food thus a tad too salty) and breakfast (good) the hotel also offers fingers food (cakes, coffee and fruit juice) at various time of the day. They could speak poor English and did not inform us about check-out time. I've been in hundreds of ryokans and hotels in Japan and their check-out time is normally at 11am. They called us at 10.30am and rushed us otherwise they would charge about 1050¥ each! Poor communications and information. The onsen was just fine btw. さらに表示

First time staying in a Onsen ryokan. Love this place so much. The price is good. Both indoor and outdoor have an amazing view of the creek and scene. Breakfast and dinner are fabulous. Overall I’m in love with Jozankei. Hope to visit again soon. さらに表示

We stayed only one night amidst our 10 days road trip. Located at the main road by the creek/river. The building is so constructed that most, if not all rooms, have river view which is very charm. Hotel appears to be very new and our room was rather sizeable. Food the best we had in hotel during the trip and which is supplemented by a desert buffet after dinner, including a choice of 10 types of honey. Unbeatable. Advisable to book half board in order to enjoy this. Comfortable hotspring with a steam room although not the best I can imagine. Room rate acceptable. さらに表示

The food is fresh and great, can see the chef's effort for the breakfast and dinner. The staff are so nice and warm. The river view of room is so magnificent. Location is just 45 min from central Sapporro. A great place to stay with. I will definitely go again and recommend to my friends. さらに表示

There are a few options that my friend and I were eyeing. We picked Shogetsu Grand Hotel in the end. The FAQ in english language on its website is outdated. It was specified that breakfast and dinner are included and there is no wifi. I booked from agoda and dinner was not mentioned but I was kind of expecting dinner to be included as their website specified so. It cost around 200 usd for a night for 2 futon bed. The indoor pool is so-so, like jjimjilbang in Korea but the outdoor onsen is awesome! What I really like about this hotel - honey buffet starting from 2 to 10pm and dessert buffet starting at 7pm. The hotel staff did not explain properly so we had a pleasant surprise when we found dessert at 7pm. Buffet is complementary. We had fun tasting the varieties of honey available. Breakfast is traditional Japanese set, which taste quite bland to me but the presentation is very delicate. Would like to bring my folks here some day. さらに表示

Nice noodle shop, green tea desert shop and titbits and souvenir shop along the back of the Ryokan. There is a river running along with a red hanging bridge. Onsen rule in Hokkaido allowed opposite sex of up to 12 year old into onsen, a bit unsettling The Tatami room is very comfortable and clean, we took a family room for 4, was great, bfast and dinner was great too, worth taking さらに表示

Stayed here for 1 night and this is really a comfortable and high quality hotel with great indoor and outdoor onsen plus Japanese fine dining dinner and breakfast provided. Value for money. We stayed in Japanese style room with so comfortable futon mattress. The Onsen is really great as it opened until 3am midnight! Quality shampoos, body wash, lotions and etc are provided. Nice! さらに表示

Young generation who works in this hotel needs a lot of improvement. They should learn better manner and what is service from the heart? Example, you don't open the door of our car without giving any signal (we were scared when someone suddenly bump in and open our door). You should show customer the room, eg what facilities are provided, where did u keep the towel, etc. ended up we have to explore and learn to operate different facilities, eg the spa. Service from the elderly in this hotel was great! They tried their best to introduce each single dish in English, keep close eyes on you and see if u need anything. さらに表示
