車で行きました。駐車場が無く、運転手は駐車場までまた運転してホテルの車に乗り移動！ 疲れて着いているのにまた移動と聞き、疲れが倍になりました。待っている友達も、アジア系のスタッフに名前と住所を書いてと言われたが、申し込んだ者が運転手なので帰ってきたら書きますと話すと、とても嫌な顔をされたそうです。 2泊したのですが、1泊目、楽しみに温泉から出てサービスのビールを飲もうとしたら泡しか出て来ませんでした。 時間内はしっかりと置いておいてほしかったです。 夕食ですが、中途半端な質と量、郷土料理だと言われましたが、ハッキリ言って不味かったです。 2泊目の味噌汁には鯨肉が入っていて食べられなかったです。 チェックアウトをしにフロントに行くと、1泊の分だけしか支払っていないと言われました。 ネットで2泊、カード払いなのにおかしいと思い、確かに2泊分払ったと思うと話すと、確かめもしないで1泊分しか貰ってないと断言されました。 調べてと言うとやっと調べに行きかなり待たされ、一言の謝りだけで終わりました。 とても不愉快な思いでホテルを後にしました 全体を見直して貰いたいと思います。 リピートは完璧に有り得ませんね！ 部屋の作りですが、部屋の中に洗面所はありえない！ シャワーなど要らないからシャワーの所を洗面所にした方がいいのではないですか？ 部屋までの廊下も天井が低く圧迫感を感じました！ 良かった所は、足湯があった所位です！ さらに表示

旅の楽しみは食事だと思いますが、あまりにもお粗末すぎて、、、 低価格と言われるとそれまでだが、隣の部屋にはキャンキャン吠えるペットまで居て落ち着かなかった ペットも一緒に泊まれる宿なのでしょう 知らなかった此方が悪かった 多分、最初で最後の宿になります さらに表示

This was one of my favorite hotels from my last trip to Japan! I highly recommend it to anyone in the Aizuwakamatsu Area! Not too expensive but very nice and welcoming and they had someone that was fluent in English! I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!! さらに表示

I wish we had booked more than one night. This hotel was beautiful and I would have loved the chance to explore it more. Our room had a view of a rushing river and forested mountainside. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with traditional Japanese foods. Very yummy. We have tattoos so weren't able to use the public baths, but we did book one of the private onsen rooms for an hour and it was lovely. The open air onsen had a similar mountain/river view as our room, and the contrast between the warm bath and cool autumn air was refreshing. The staff was all very friendly, but there was only one person who spoke fluent English (and she was wonderful!) Would stay hear again in a heartbeat. さらに表示

Normally in Japanese I got a great experience as always. This is my short trip for me and my friends. We decide to pick this ryokan a Japanese style. Anyway until arrive. We parked at the front and the staff ask us to move a car to other place and take a hotel shuttle car to hotel again.It’s ok understood and exceptional. But It might be better if he could explain by English. (Hotel should do a English text banner at the entrance for the staff) When we come inside. Staff at front (man)cannot speak English. And take a long time for checking in. And he try to ask for a Key car and I have to drag hime to the entrance to let him talk to his colleagues that our car is not here already. This is not the bad part. Anyway we went to the room and found that the room is Western. (We thought that we can’t communicate in English and too tired and lazy to get back and ask for changing but I think it’s not the right for us so I decided to back to the front by left our luggages in the room) I have to come back at the front again. And found another woman who has a bad bad bad behavior to us. I told that it’s wrong room type and we need to change. She was not even say sorry or try to help but told us for a full booking in Japanese. We insisted to change and asking for a dinner which we can pay but she said impossible. Dinner should Booking before arrive( OMG WDS) I booked by Agoda . How on earth do we know I have to book a dinner first before arrive. (Agoda should show this information) nothing to eat here in the hotel for both of us (please full your body before coming here :Slogan for this hotel if booking by agoda) and we were too tired from the flight and travel all day to go outside and get something to eat!!!! It dark outside. Finally we got a Japanese Style room (I am not sure why I got this room because she said fully booked but I got it. It's a quite nice hotel, but location is a bit far. Also the Hot spring view is good but the condition seem can be better.(not very clean) Also you can delivery your luggage in the Train station travel service center to the hotel ~ it quite cheap for this service. さらに表示

I didn’t expect to love the hotel this much but it is so amazing. The view around the hotel is great and the room is clean. Aside from onsen, they provide us with massage chair (only for women). I really enjoyed it and had a superb experience with them. Will definitely go again. さらに表示

It's a very nice onsen hotel on a cliff next to a river. Very nice location and view. But if you look closer, the facilities and building needs to be maintained. Some wall paint is coming off and the floor has warped. The bath also needed some work. Other wise food is good and onsen view is nice. さらに表示

It was my first time to stay at a hot spring hotel that provides both hot spring bath facilities and traditional Japanese meals. The experience was remarkable and I appreciated what the hotel has to offer to provide their guests with such enjoyable experiences.
