Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment which was close to subway station (Hanshin railway line & Osaka loop line) and a convenient store was just opposite. The staff was very fast in responding to queries on email and WhatsApp which was excellent except for an unjustified ‘complaint’ email received from owner about ‘Noise Disturbance Notice’ (without description of details) whereby, the email directed the noise to the unit we were staying and notify us that they could demand an early check-out on us if noise persist, such ‘noise nuisance’ which we did not commit at all. As per my email query back to owner, they should at least clarify the complaint with us first instead of issuing a notice without clarification. Without such unwelcomed notice, I would highly recommend this apartment but too bad, the strong message on this notice had dampened my (and family) mood for that and subsequent days during our stay in Osaka. さらに表示
