The appartement is perfect size for two but can fit a family of 4. Everything is clean but the accessories for cooking are limited. The pan & pot provided didn't work with the induction plate. The staff were very kind and provided new ones rapidly. AS we don't have cell phone, the big issue was with the pocket wi-fi provided that was not working except maybe one hour every morning. さらに表示

Let me tell you how great the staffs are! Last week, me and my family visited Kyoto unfortunately it rained heavily and we didn’t notice that the portable WiFi that provided to us is inside a bag that is not waterproof. When we reach home, we noticed that the WiFi is not working anymore and we quickly called the staff to help. We are so sorry about that and they were so kind, they come to the apartments and change a new portable WiFi for us immediately! At that time we planned to go to abeno’s q mall. They even offer us a ride to the mall ! Oh my god ! They are so nice and friendly ! I will definitely stay at the same apartment next time if I visit Osaka ! Thankyou SI Apartment ! さらに表示

Pros - Good location - 2 minutes to Shin-Imamiya Station, 10 minutes to Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower, apartment suitable for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children but not more. Good heating during winter, mini kitchen for self-cook including microwave oven, pocket wifi Cons - Induction mini cooker takes too long to heat up, a little bit cramp if more than 1 baggage. さらに表示

From Kansai airport take Nankai line (920yen per person) straight away to Shin-Imamiya station walk 2mins to reach hotel. Hotel staff sent me a direction how to reach hotel from Shin- Imamiya station or Subway, easier to find. Must buy subway day pass at airport L1 service centre only cost 550yen, unlimited to travel thru subway a day. Hotel very near JR shin imamiya, Daikokucho (M21 & Y16) walk 8mins & Dobutsuen station ( M22 & K19) walk 10mins . Donutsuen station exit 5 straight away to Mega Don Quijote duty free mall. Next to this mall is Shinsekai. Hotel have small kitchen (all things needed have) , tv (all Japanese channels) oven, fridge, washing machine (need to prepare hanger by you self) , tatami (3rd days my back felt painful), hair dryer & pocket wifi( One of the great thing) All they provided. Need to improve : need iron, pillow too flat, hangers needed. Overall : will come back for next visit. さらに表示

The room is clean and comfy. There is a washing machine, tatami (as bed), tv, kettle, fridge (small kitchen), towel, shampoo and body shampoo. The only thing I didnt like was the location. There are homeless people whom wandering/sleep around the street. It's near to shin-imamiya railway station. If u used 2days amazing pass, u can't use this jr railway but u can use railway that may required a few minutes walk (dobutsuen-mae). There is a family mart nearby but u need to go through a small tunnel. There is a lot of vending machine just downstairs of the apartment. さらに表示

This residence is unattended and requires pre-check-in at least half day before arrival, official check-in time is 4pm and all luggage was stored in nearby metro station or Namba JR station. Good transport link (metro/JR) is only within 5 minutes walk. Air-conditioner is not strong enough in summer daytime, nighttime is a bit better. In-house washing machine (supplied with detergent) is definitely an advantage for family tourists. No bedding is provided and the Japanese flooring can accommodate with 3 adults or 2 adults+2 kids, the drawback is lacking of dining table and all activities have to be done on the floor. 예약하실때 이메일은 무조건 gmail로 하세요. 네이버메일은 수신이 안돼서 곤란했네요. 보일러시스템이 한국이랑 달라서 이용이 어려웠어요. 다른건 정말 만족합니다. 가격대비 정말 좋아요. 도톤보리도 지하철이면 5분안에 가고요. さらに表示

離車站很近，地點方便，附近就有唐吉軻德mega,房間夠大，缺點是灰塵稍多，整潔度有待加強，廁所有煙味，洗澡熱水只能連續用2個人，配合價格還算可接受。 さらに表示

從關西機場可搭南海地鐵到新今宮站，公寓離車站很近約5分鐘路程，車站旁有全家和玉出超市，新今宮車站出口和地下通道髒髒的，如果搭JR線要扛行李上下樓。公寓採自行拿Key入住，冬天入住會很冷，只有房間有冷氣空調可調暖氣，不便的地方是水溫是有限制的，如果3人以上入住，要節省用熱水，否則前2個洗完第三個只能隔天早上洗，行李只能放走道地板上，沒有桌子或架子可放，房間清潔度需要多加強，棉絮多，因為發現冷氣機的濾網都沒清洗，厚厚一層灰塵和棉絮，床舖上和地板都有頭髮，電熱壺煮水無反應。但以住宿價格來評論，算經濟實惠。 さらに表示

房間很大間，地理位子也算好因為很好找，但是好像不是很乾淨，住完第一天晚上隔天整隻腳都是跳蚤叮的痕跡，感覺床鋪沒有很乾淨，但其他的設施都算整潔 さらに表示
