すごく良い
ウェルカムフードドリンクは素敵なポイント。十分に楽しめた。 ホテルの作りや中庭、散策道も手入れされていて美しく、ホテル内だけでも散歩が楽しかった。 子供連れに優しい、助かった。 ただ朝食は既製品が多くて、少し残念。 品数が少なくても良いので子供に食べさせても心配のない食事が嬉しい。 ミューズリーや味なしの海苔、 フルーツなど最近のリゾートホテルではあるものがここにはなかった。 また子供向けの食事用前掛けや食器カトラリーなども常設でないので、 こども連れの方もターゲットにしているなら少し甘いかな？ 価格帯としてはまずまずのホテルなのでその点は改善されるとなおいい。 概ね良好なリゾート。 でも競合が少ないからかな？と思わなくもないが、 また冬に訪れて薪ストーブの前でワインをのみたい。 さらに表示

実家の帰省も兼ねて9月の連休に利用しました。お菓子を隠した棚がホテル中にあり、ポップコーン機もあったりと、子供は大喜び。また中庭ではボールやバット、フリスビーもあり、退屈せず過ごせました。小さな子供連れも歓迎してもらえている安心感があり、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 にもかかわらず、ラグジュアリー感を感じさせる大人な落ち着いた雰囲気もあり、子供連れでもホテルに妥協したくないご家族にはおすすめです。 大浴場も天井が高く、古民家を移築したという梁は立派で気持ちの良いお風呂でした。 ロビー前やラウンジにはフリードリンクや軽食が置いてあり、気軽に利用できてとても好印象です。お風呂を出た休憩スペースにはアイスやコーヒー牛乳もサービスで置いてあり至れり尽くせりでした。 若干のマイナス点としては、大浴場と反対側の棟の奥に泊まると大浴場がとても遠くなることと、夕食の選択肢が少ないことでしょうか。 これまで色々なホテルや旅館に泊まるのが好きなため同じ所に泊まることは少なかったのですが、こちらは次回もまたここに泊まろう！と思えるホテルでした。 さらに表示

We had the junior suite and loved the in-room fireplace. Private onsens are incredible (rare in Japan) and free! Also, free wine and sake and snacks, good breakfast, and excellent service. Ski rental onsite is cheaper than at the ski resorts. Our favorite was the huge courtyard where our kids played in the snow all day. Only 7 mins drive from Tsugaike and Iwatake. Beautiful resort in a fabulous and tranquil location. The staff went out of their way to please and nothing was too much trouble. We were impressed with all the extras such as delicious green curry every day, not to mention the complimentary wines and private Onsens. Would definitely return. さらに表示

1. The double room size exceeded our expectations. The bed was huge enough to allow my toddler to sleep with us. The room was spacious with a nice corner to sit by the windows and watch the snow fall. The bathroom with bath tub was my kids favourite feature in the room especially after snow play. 2. Staff were awesome; polite and helpful. They provided a welcome pack for the kids. They also gave recemmendations for lunch/dinner with free shuttle to the location. 3. The private onsens, daily complimentary soup, curry, rice at the lobby and free flow of drinks really made us feel at home. The kids were excited by the treasures (snacks) they would find throughout the building. 4. Lastly, I chose this resort because there was a safe and huge area for my kids to enjoy snow play (courtyard). I would definitely stay here again!! さらに表示

My expectations were absolutely exceeded by this place. The rooms are huge (we booked the base model) with beautiful big windows that face onto the woodlands, there are several private onsens for booking throughout your trip (some of the most stunning aspects from these onsens), the endless complimentary wine was amazing, and the general facilities were beautiful and in great condition. One highlight is the complimentary hot food (usually a green curry and some sides) waiting for you on the entrance deck as you arrive back from a day of skiing/exploring. The shuttle buses come regularly and are very convenient, and the onsite ski hire store is reasonably priced and well stocked. There is a nightly free hotel shuttle that will take you to various dinner spots, and the staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this place and cannot recommend it highly enough. Worth every single penny. さらに表示

I come in winter for skiing, it's a perfect place to rest yourself after a day outdoor sports. Free food in the main gate is awesome as well as the drinks in the lobby. I have already booked the room for next ski season. Super recommended. さらに表示

Our family had at Great time at Sierra Resort Hakuba. The Onsen is very relaxing after a day of hard play. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There is always something interesting to entertain the kids after a day of fun at the slopes. They especially enjoyed playing snow fight and sledding in the court yard while the adults can observe them with a cup of tea from the lobby. The rooms were a bit on the small side but cozy. Shuttles are available but a rental car would make things more convenient. Choices of nearby ski ranges are plentiful. Food in the hotel restaurants are good but not remarkable. さらに表示

The place is a little out of the way from central happo but the free shuttle service to bus terminal and train station makes up for it. Also provides transportation to/fro restaurants around happo for free. Front desk service is outstanding. Very sincere and attentive. They'll even carry your luggage and vacuum the lobby's carpets! No dedicated concierge staff there. Front desk does everything! Lots of free food and drinks/desert/alcohol (sake & wine). My favorite is the red bean soup in the igloo and the green curry and rice just outside the lobby! There's a hut opposite the hotel lobby for Ski equipment rental. A ski set is about 1k yen cheaper than at the ski resorts. A locker hut is nearby so you can store your ski gears. Room is comfy and spacious. Bathroom also spacious with high quality fittings. There's a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers, free for use. All things considered, this is a great value hotel. Had a great time! さらに表示

the hotel is a rustic log cabin style with cozy fireplaces in the lobby. there are a lot of free snacks to choose from. at the entrance they have a little nook where u can eat rice, curry, miso soup, sausages, eggs all for free.... inside the lobby area u will find free coffee, tea, red wine, juices, popcorn, popsicles. we got the junior suite. it has 2 rooms. the master is big with fireplace and sitting area. it has 2 beds. the other smaller room has 2 single beds. there is a common bathroom. the toilet and bath are in separate rooms. the fireplace can be use by buying firewood for ¥1000. on our first night we ate at the main dining which is the french restaurant. its a 5 course dinner. at ¥3000 per head. its good. we rented our snow clothes and skis. all are in good condition. clean. we also tried the private onsen. all in all i give it a 5 star. i will definitely come back again. the only disadvantage i see is that its far fr the slopes. but they have a shuttle bus or u can ride the public bus which stops right infront of the lobby entrance. so convenient. service is also excellent. front desk staffs speaks english well. they arranged our ski mobile tour and also ski lessons for our kids. there is free breakfast buffet. great selection. they also have a sake bar. free unli sake from 9pm to 11pm. they have a game room, karaoke etc we had a very nice stay here. さらに表示

Great resort ith fantastic amenities such as spa bathrooms which you could book for your private use. The hotel setting is stunning and they have really handy facilities such as on site ski rental, storage for your skis and everyday after skiing they provide some warm food and drink including mulled wine :) The resort is a bit far away from the town, during the day it is fine as the public bus to all mountains stops at the hotel. In the evening the hotel has a shuttle bus but this stops quite early and its hard to time when you're going to finish dinner so one night we had to make the restaurant stay open to avoid standing in the cold for 30 minutes! Sierra hotel was very pleasant stay , everything is wonderful , onsen , breakfast , room , staff , everything is possible , breakfast food was very good , complimentary day time snacks in front of the hotel (miso soup, oden, rice , orange , complimentary tea , popcorn for kids ) really relaxing hotel , location is very nice , in the forest . We had wonderful time at Sierra, from the minute we get in the hotel till we leave. The hotel is just beautiful, hot spring is good. Location is far away from ski area and town, but the shuttle arrangement solved this problem. We will definitely go go Sierra again for our next stay in Hakuba さらに表示

Great hotel, fabulous staffs. We are repeating visitors with family and friends. You can set your expectation high and you wouldn't be disappointed on every aspect. Highly recommended the LAMB restaurant which is in front of Italian restaurant Tomatito - Tomatito is also recommended. We will return again next winter. さらに表示
