2家族で利用させてもらいましたが、総合的には満足。 掃除もしっかりされててベットのマットもすごく良かった。 普通に風呂入って1日泊まるぐらいだったら問題なし。 マイナス点は... ドライヤー故障 洗面台の扉開けようとしたらガラス扉が外れておちてきた 鏡になっててそこそこ重量もあるからもし子供があそこをあけて落ちて来たらと考えると恐ろしい 2段ベットのある寝室のエアコンがつかない 備え付けのゲーム機も電源つかなかった さらに表示

we were a group of 10 persons. the apartment was very spacious. near train station and famous landmark... just a few step to sinsekai tower and denden town. the rooms are clean. facilities are nice and clean. the only problems was there were only 1 bathroom... so we have to take turn to take a bath, but its not a big prob... overall i will recommend this place again to our family and friends. its was amazing stays. thanks. さらに表示

Not suitable for guests with family and small children. The room is quite an old room which need refurbishment. It's located on the roof top of a building and it is situated at the back and far from the elevator. As for facilities, no rice cooker and iron provided which it won't cost them that much,the towels provided are small and of low quality, only one bathroom with no bidet. さらに表示

Was book 15dec -19dec . When first in. Light no work. Spoil chair. 1 wash room 1 toilet. Aircon heater no work. Call n text on the same day no help staff . Next day said fix but same thing no work. 1 of the family need sleep at living room. Environment only 1 word can said -super bad . Need book . Please 're consider. Whole trip was spoilt due to the bad homestay . And also 4 days no house cleaning but still collect cleaning fee . さらに表示

The rooms are okay, nothing fancy but very spacious for us (9 people). Only 1 bathroom and toilet (not automatic). The apartment location is very convenient. It’s just beside Ebisucho station, very near Shinsekai, Denden town (electronic/anime town) and a stone throw away to a 24 hour grocery store. There are also a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Would stay there again if given the chance. Our only concern was the toilet...would’ve been better if it was automatic or atleast with a bidet. :) さらに表示

We booked the 2 rooms apartment which can accommodate up to 9 persons. When we checked in, we found out the sofa was broken and it has to be taken out the next day by the owner. I have 3 children and I elderly woman everything in the apartment is old. Plus there is a game console but without game cartridge with it. Very convenience and helpful host. If you have any problems you can email to them and very fast respond from them. Very near to Ebisucho station. If looking for lift can exit 3 otherwise exit 5 and the apartment just aside. The only disadvantage is only 1 toilet even you have 5-12 ppl stay and they will not provide any housekeep during your stay no matter how many days you are staying there. さらに表示

It is good value but everything in the room is too OLD! like those renovation from the 70's. Broken chair, insufficient air-con and bad shower..... The most concerning point is that there is no window frames and the windows are SUPER LARGE like you will fall down from it if you open the window. Not recommend for family with kid. さらに表示

The apartment is bigger then our expectation and baby have enough area to play. The location is convenient too, with metro, sightseeing, shopping and supermarket just around the corner. The host is very nice and helpful!!! We lost something in our last hotel and because we do not speak Japanese, the host helped us to contact the hotel and provided all necessary help, we really appreciated!!! Owner missed to send the final reservation information. So I spent about 2 hours to find the accommodation. Every guest should receive the finalized e-mail including the specific information such as room number and password as there is no lobby and any person to support the guest. さらに表示

Good location as it is just outside of the Ebisucho station on the Metro Sakaisuji Line. Across the street you'll be able to reach Osaka Shinseikai and experience the brightly lit tower from your apartment window. Apartment was well equiped with basic amenities like soap, shower, conditioner, towels and toothbrush. We had a pleasant stay. さらに表示

Pros is Matsuya and Family Mart, across the building. Water from the tap not good so we need to buy water. Chair is broken. Electric cooker not work. There's no staff so we cannot complain. さらに表示
