朝食もお風呂もよかった。お値段以上の価値があるとおもいます。1人旅なら部屋の大きさは寝るだけなので十分。立地は繁華街までは20分くらいあるくので連泊なら繁華街にもう少し近い宿がいいかとは思うが、酔い冷ましに歩くにはちょうどいい距離だった さらに表示

催し物（県人会世界大会）に参加するため海外から3泊4日で利用しましたが鹿児島中央駅やバス中央ターミナルに近く移動にはとても便利でした。温泉も早い時間（6時）から遅い時間（24時）までいつでも利用でき湯船にゆっくりのびのび浸かることが出来ました。温泉の混雑状況もテレビの情報で確認が出来たのでゆっくり出来る時間を確認できたのがとてもよかったです。 さらに表示

一人旅でお世話になりました！ オススメの周辺スポットが記載されたお手製マップが助かりました(^ ^)重宝しました！ 駅から歩いて5分くらいなので楽チンです。 ただ上の階のシャワー音？水の音がその都度するので気になっちゃいました！ 駐車場も常に満員。駐車場は少ないイメージです。近くのコインパーキングを1日500円のチケットを買って使いました！レンタカー派より公共交通機関を利用する人にオススメのホテルです！ さらに表示

鹿児島中央駅から近く、立地が良いです。 温泉はそれほど広くないですが、疲れを癒してくれました。 しかし、部屋の外の音がうるさく、隣の部屋の音が響いて眠れませんでした。 ホテルでゆっくり眠れないのは最悪です。 駅近のホテルは他にもありますので、もう宿泊しないと思います。 さらに表示

夫婦、３歳と１１歳の子供と利用しました。添い寝が無料でしたのでツインのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、セミダブルベットなので楽に寝られました。４人で泊まれて温泉もさらっとした綺麗なお湯、アメニティーやシャンプーバーも楽しくゆっくりと過ごせました。スタッフの方々も丁寧で、館内も清潔、鹿児島に行く際にはまた利用したいです。 さらに表示

The single room is not spacious I had difficulty in full opening my luggage but quite enough for myself. The onsen both outdoor and indoor are superb. The staff generally were very nice and polite although they could barely communicate in English. さらに表示

I really enjoyed staying at the Silk Inn Kagoshima for my last day in Kagoshima. Natural hot spring bath at the hotel was very relaxing and reduced my fatigue after much waling around the city. My departure next morning was early to catch my flight. This hotel is located close to Kagoshima-Chuo Station and the bus terminal for Kagoshima Airport is much closer, only a few minutes walk. We stayed for 6 nights on our first trip to Japan. We made a booking error and had to ask for another night. The staff cheerfully helped us out. When they reprogrammed our key card the staff person went upstairs with us to make sure the card would work. This was typical of the service we received from all of the staff. The hotel itself was an incredible value for the cost. The hotel is within walking distance of Kagoshima-Chuo Station. We did not try the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Enjoyed the hotel's bath. We did have staff do our laundry and all of our clothes came back ironed and individually folded and wrapped in plastric. I cannot say enough about the people who work at Silk Inn. Would definitely stay there again. さらに表示

Family travel, expense very large, choose hotel which let young child Free stay in a room is a very important reason, but also because young children won't sleep alone in a strange room, extra bed is not needed. Because it is family travel, so even hotel allows free stay for young children, but in the same time, the hotel can receive more room reservations by others adult family members , so the hotel is able to increase revenue. さらに表示

Travelling alone, I had a very pleasant stay. Room was quiet, compact, comfortable, very clean and had good wi-fi. Excellent location if travelling by Shinkansen and close to everything I needed during my one night stay. さらに表示

good to stay and near by jr station. the room is not big but still acceptable based on the room rate. hot spring is the advantage. if the check in time can be move up to 2:00pm will be better. anyway, overall comments is not bad. さらに表示
