非常に満足
立地や価格設定も申し分なく、また何度も出入り出き、逆にホテルのような煩わしさもなく快適に観光出来ました。室内の環境も良く、洗濯に必要な洗剤（アリエール）やハンガー、乾燥室などの設備も揃っていました。次回の大阪観光の時も利用させて頂こうと思います。 さらに表示

すごく良い
・ベッドが沢山（リビングに2台1組、他2台1組が2部屋）あってよかった。 ちょっと寝にも使えたし、もちろん寝室としても。２家族で泊まったので尚のこと。 ・タオルがバスタオルしかなく、ハンドタオルやフェイスタオルがあるとよかった。 キッチンで洗い物をした時、洗面所で手や顔を洗った時、拭くタオルは全てバスタオルサイズ。 ・調理器具は無いものと思った方が良い（泊まった部屋だけかもしれないが）。 鍋、フライパン「だったもの」はシンク下に収納されていたが、あれでご飯を作ろうとは 全く思わない。お湯すら沸かしたくない。 ・ソファの合皮に破れが目立ったが、子連れでの宿泊だったので却って気兼ねなく使用できたように思う。 しかし2家族同じ部屋、しかも幼児連れ　の条件で、旅行シーズン、宿泊日数等考えると あの値段は格安だった。 設備の感じは把握したので、機会があればまた使用したい。 さらに表示

Location easy to travel to the main attraction like universal studio, Nara park and Osaka Castle. Ease excess to 2 subway and shopping area. As a family with 2 elders, 3 adults and young kid the apartment is just nice. Definitely will be come back again. さらに表示

It's quite close for Namba, Dotonburi just 1 stop. The room isn't big as the pictures but it's big enough for 5 people. They provide 3 double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and cooking area. さらに表示

This apartment is very near from shinsaibashi shopping arcade and midosuji road was famous with branded store just walk 5-7 minutes , and also very close from nagahori station only 3 minutes walk and surrounding with many japanese restaurants , we stay for 3 nights and very good and clean place also complete with washing machine , microwave, refrigerator, stove , you can cook also make your own breakfast or dinner , but we have problem with smelly bathroom , During our stay this smell is never gone from the bathroom. no idea why, but there were this really bad odour coming from the separated shower. We think that it might be probably due to the stagnant water in the ofuro that wasnt drained down. We didnt even dare to use that too. Other than this, we were happy with the apartment. さらに表示

It is located near Shinsaibashi, within walking distance. Train entrance is within 20 metres. It is well equipped with washing machine and kitchen. Heater works well. Spacious room, good enough for 3 big bags with ample space to move around. Ideal place for family. さらに表示

Though the hotel manual tells you how to access the hotel, I found the easiest way to access the hotel is to follow 5B exit from Nagahoribashi station (or exit 2 from Shinsaibashisuji station) and then connects to Crysta underground shopping street and then takes the elevator in south 3 exit of the Crysta shopping street. This route has elevators and slopes which are lifesavers for travelers with big luggage. This hotel is in really good location and convenient to go to Nara/ Kyoto. The only thing that we found less pleasant is the many rules the owner set. Perhaps it’s more like an Airbnb style hotel... さらに表示

We are a group of 6, 2 couples with 2 teenagers and we stayed here for 2 nights. Everything functions well and there's nothing much to complain. Apartment is clean and everything is in it. Actual apartment looks exactly like the photo, in very new condition. I guess if the table could be a little bigger, then everyone can sit together to eat a light breakfast together. There's a washing machine but doesn't have dry function. Laundry could be hang in balcony or in the washroom with the air dry function. Highly recommend this spacious flat. さらに表示

We stayed for 2 nights and the apartment was so very clean and spacious. There was a washing machine too, and a drying vent. The apartment is located within a 7 min walk to Shinsaibashi Station and the Shinsaibashi shopping area which has a Daimaru dept store. There are lots of great dining spots within the little streets in the area. Check-in was easy. We just took a cab from. Namba station, which was only about US$5. The instructions provided were very straightforward. No trouble at all. Highly recommended. さらに表示

Very happy with the size of the apartment comparing the hotel price in Osaka, and it got everything we need, including washing machine, hair dryer...etc. The hotel send us the direction but we still got lost but one nice local lead us to the hotel. Nice and roomy apartment located at a central location of Osaka. Shopping and food are nearby. The room is 5 star if people don't mind self-serve apartment (no room services and and have to throw own garbage to collection point). Will definitely live there again if visiting Osaka. さらに表示

Room is dusty and bedsheets are dirty(black spots). Towel provided has black spots on it too. Strong strench in the house near the bathing area. Told the owner and they came to look at it but the smell is still there. Small space with no sitting area. Good is that there is washing machine. Location is near to mrt too (like within 5mins walk).
