They were very fast and prompt to reply whenever I had an inquiry prior to arrival. The instructions to reach the location coming from either Shinimamiya or Dobutsuenmae stations were well thought of and very helpful. Check-in and check-out instructions were detailed. The room itself was much more than what we expected. It was clean, functional, stylish, and secure. Kitchen ammenities were provided and this helped us especially when we had to stay in due to typhoon Trami. Toiletries, towels, and fast free wifi connection were provided. We went to this hotel using a Google map but it's hard to locate, all we see is a stock room of shoes, it's raining outside and we don't have a hotel to check-in. Even the neighbors have helped us to see this hotel, but we did not see it. So we went looking for a new hotel,we spent too expensive because we made the booking of our new hotel right at that very moment. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. Good place to stay, train station entrance about 100 meter from the building (West Exit).

it's located in shin-imamiya area, which is my fave area in osaka. the room is clean and has everything except washing machine, rice cooker, and TV. the decoration is simple and hotel-like. most of the tenants are elderly people. they are friendly by saying hello whenever we met in the elevator. I booked this during promotional season so i got very cheap price. Now i see the price has gone up almost 3 times higher so i don't think i will stay here again.

Pro- near to shin imamiya station exit 9, which is for airport kansai line (around 300m )
-heater is good
-500m to doubutsuenmae station which is on the main line. No need to transfer for namba,dotonburi, shinsaibashi and so on
-good shampoo
Con- no laundromat in the building
- no restaurants nearby
-mattress to soft (especially hip part mattress curved inward)

A strategic location which is really near to Shin-Imamiya Station (NANKAI & JR) with a 24hours shop and Family Mart nearby just beside the station! Room was small but it was perfect for 2-3 people with small kitchen, shower room, toilet, wardrobe and fridge! さらに表示

I like everything about SI Perfect location. The only downside is that there is no staff who can assist on your immediate questions. Nonetheless, they respond to queries via email in a timely manner. さらに表示

The accommodation located in a terrible area with urine smell from the next street surrounded. Seems like it's a place where very old people live and hang out. However, the room is good enough even though on the 1st day of our stay, the air conditioner had a bad smell. さらに表示
I think it is a senior citizen neighbourhood. It is nuce n quiet with not much activity. The nearest exit s directed by the representative of the appt is exit 9 which isn't near any gricery store. The location is too far from the nearest train stn(exit 9) esp if u r lugging suitcases n have lil children. As there is no staff around it is hard to make any inquiry. My kids n I had to find our way around the place on our own. We asked for wifi but the lady at the office said there was no wifi. All communucation is via email n we only received replies a dsy or two later. This place is more suited for young adults, or backpackers. さらに表示
