19時頃チェックインしようとした時、部屋のブッキングで他のマンションに移動せよとの事、歩いて移動し、部屋に入ると電気が付かない。1時間後に電気は復旧してが、今度はお湯がでない。時間は23時。慌てて近くの銭湯に行くとこに。時間も遅いので、お湯の確認を翌日にって事で、その日は寝て、次の日遊びに外出して16時頃気になったので、早めに帰宅。やはりお湯が出ない。連絡だけしてまた銭湯へ。20時頃連絡あり、元の部屋に移動してくれって。お風呂に入って後で時間も遅かったので、移動せずその場所で泊まって帰った。スタッフは丁寧でしたが、連休中なので対応仕切れない状況だったと思いますが、5人で2日間の銭湯代だけでも5000円近くオーバー。時間、手間暇考えると評価は低くなった。ブッキングがなくて、最初の部屋に泊まれていたら、評価は高い評価になっていました。代わりのマンションの部屋はしばらく使っていない部屋だったので、電気、水道が止まっていた状況で、部屋は綺麗でしたが、トイレの臭いとダニが気になった。あと銭湯代が高いと思った。 さらに表示

3泊4日でお世話になりした。 築年数が浅くてとても清潔感があり気持ちよく過ごせました。 近くに激安スーパーもあったので、節約旅行を考えてる方には、かなりお勧めです。 駅も近く、交通アクセスも便利で、宿泊料もお手頃で満足でした。 機会があれば又利用したいと思います。 これは、私自身の希望なのですが、室内に洗濯機があればいいなと思いました。 あと、ネットで宿泊の予約をしたのですが、その際、写真で見たお部屋とは異なり、テレビが無かったのがとても残念でしたが、清潔感があって気持ちよく過ごせたので大満足です。 さらに表示

どこへも歩いて行けるロケーションと新築のような綺麗な部屋に満足でした。そして、全く物音がせず、夜もぐっすり眠れました。 ただ、四人部屋ということでしたが、カップ(お皿は人数分ありました)が一個しかなくて不便でした。それと、腰掛けるソファがあればパーフェクトでした。 さらに表示

Because bed spring is broken so very uncomfortable. And so dirty in kitchen ware. And only for two person's prepared. We are four. In 7 night, we had sleep in floor. And no English information for appliances. さらに表示

At first, we find it difficult to find the location though we followed the direction since we're looking for the apartment name SI Stylish but when we check the file sent to us we're able to find the place. Overall stay is ok, place is clean, very near to grocery and station ( sakuragawa). Will definitely recommend the place. さらに表示

The apartment heater system is very good! Love the heater in the room and the heater to warm up the shower room in the cold winter. Apartment is very clean overall, but could've been cleaner especially under the futon bed, should lift up the futon to vacuum underneath as well, not just surrounding. Kitchen facilities are all well prepared, clean, and in good condition. Good security system as well, you'd need a key to unlock the main gate downstairs before entering the building. CCTVs every corner to make sure of your safety. Love the toilet, it comes with the newer technology of seat heating, washing, and recycling water for you to wash your hands (and the water will be used for the next flush). Location is very good, super near to a 24hour supermarket. They even have daily discounts! Need a little walking to Dotonbori. But definitely not a problem for walk lovers like us. Pros: Clean with basic facilities, near to subway station, near to convenience store, can walk to dontombori area, very good neighbourhood, very prompt reply from the management.. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a fun stay in the city. Instructions on how to locate the bldg and how to get to the unit were clear and very easy to understand. Place was about a 10min easy pace walk to the nearest Subway station but the walk was enjoyable because you get to see ‘hipster’ stores and get a taste of how modern locals live. Very near a premium 7-Eleven and a local grocery that’s open until very late at night. We enjoyed our stay and was very worth the price :) さらに表示

The apartment is a good choice for staying in Osaka. However, if you want to relax, there is no television. We asked for accommodation for 3 people but for the 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, the top mattress from bed was the one used as the other bed leaving the bed with just the spring which made it very uncomfortable. But soon the issue was addressed and everything was ok. It's on a very nice area with lots of quaint shops and restaurants/cafe. I would stay here again ! さらに表示

There was a very unpleasant smell during our stay in this apartment. There was no basic facilities such as daily room cleaning and EVEN electric kettle (although we have requested on it and the owner promised to supply the electric kettle the next day, yet he failed to do so).
