We has been informed a few month in advance that the place will be in renovation and we will need to move to new place. The new place called ‘Alex place Namba’ in Google map. Great location!! There is a convenient store just in front of the building. A Manual was given by email on how to get to the place. Very details and useful. The room was great. We got the room 201. There was no elevator. The room is roomy and clean. Toilet with small bathtub. Kitchen with small fridge. Very great deal with the pay i paid. There is a free pocket wifi to use. We can connect to it was there was no internet at the time. We have our own so we didnt bother using it or report to the owner. Anyway it was a great place. さらに表示

Near to Namba OCAT, quiet place, clean and nice stay. The only downside is the customer service is only until 10 pm Japan time, if anything happens and needs to contact them, may need to wait the next morning. Overall, recommended. さらに表示

The room is clean and location is good too, only 5 min walk can reach the nearest subway station. The only bad thing is the washing machine very dirty, we try to clean before use, but it seems too long never wash and clean so the water looks dirty still. さらに表示

Full facilities feels like a hotel. Good location, walk from subway: Sakuragawa station(S15) exit 7 only 3 minutes or 15 minutes from OCAT bus station. (3 intersection) But you may be lost because of a map from Host. さらに表示

great location,only one station away fron Namba station(main connection to other area) and also the famous tourist attraction (Dotonbori or Shisaibashi). Owner reply to my line very fast and get the manager over to help when we couldn't find the apartment. Room is very clean and spacious. Pros: great location, near sakuragawa station or just 5 mins walk to namba station(which connects to all main railway at Osaka. The apartment looks very new and clean. More importantly there's a kitchen for us to prepare breakfast or takeaway tasting.

It is near to Sakuragawa station. Quiet a walking distance to Namba station.
There are bbq restaurants nearby, so a strong smell of bbq after night and had to close the windows to keep away from the bbq smell.
Terrible towels provided, otherwise facilities are good. I would suggest to bring your own towels. さらに表示

i stay 7 nights, but they didn't provide any room cleaning services.

Easy to access to public transportation via subway and JR. Very good location to Namba and Sakuragawa. Nearby supermarket and 7-11 is very helpful for everyday supply. さらに表示

Accessible location (near Sakuragawa station, OCAT, Hospital, and Convenience Stores. The place is clean. Looks new! さらに表示
When I went to the building and opened the mailbox, I found nothing inside the mailbox. As a result, I failed to get a key box and cannot enter the room!!! How ridiculous it is!!!!
When I get back to Hong Kong, The host told me I went to the wrong mailbox. However, the host never tell me there're two mailbox and I doubt they want to out the blame on me because it doesn't make any sense!!!!!
Worse Still, I just want them to refund my payment because I don't even enter into the room and use any room service. The answer they told me is "we can't provide the refund as your requested".
I am very disappointed with the host and I think the host just want to make profit instead of helping the customer and the customer is nothing after they revice the payment.
Therefore, I DO NOT recommend this hotel to the visitors who want to have a good and excellent experience in Japan. さらに表示

Nice overall. When we arrived the place no one in the apartment, and we are not awared of the email that already sent to us by giving instructions of getting in the apartment. But after called up Agoda, problem is resolved. さらに表示
