We stayed at both 2 bedrooms suite and a studio suite this time. If you have enough guest, I would suggest stay at two bedrooms the space, location and appliance are all much better. さらに表示

The hotel has an amazing view of Mount Yotei which was really nice to wake up to in the mornings. Beautiful surroundings and right next to the ski slope. New hotel, clean and very spacious rooms. The staff were amazing as they picked us up from the Kutchan train station (20 mins away) when we arrived and dropped us off when we left. As it was in between seasons, the hotel still had their air conditioning set to heat which was quite warm and uncomfortable as the days were warming up. Fortunately, we were able to open the windows at night. Besides that, I would highly recommend this hotel and we would love to go back again one day. さらに表示

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We went for a snowboard group trip and they prepared helped to prepare tickets and rental wear. Their rental wear and boards are all in new condition. And also near access to Mt.hirafu. Willdefinately be staying there again when I visit niseko. さらに表示

The hotel itself was very well decorated and clean, but it seemed to be staffed with contract staff who were there for the ski season. They were very polite but the service level is what you’d expect of a new crew who’s clocking the hours until it’s time to hit the slopes. さらに表示

Concierge lacks of most of the information details. Firstly told us we could take the ski lift down if we have no confidence in skiing down the slop. Due to their lack of information, we end up walking down the beginner slope near to 2 hrs. Secondly told us the wrong information of the ski bus leaving for Kutchan Station. End up we have to take a taxi for 6 pax in order to catch up our train to Hakodate. Overall its a pleasnt stay, excellent apartment with nice view. さらに表示

为了滑雪的话，这里是完美的！Ski-in & Out非常方便，更重要的是这里会非常贴心的帮你量身租赁最合适的雪具，非常专业！但除此之外，感觉就是人有点过多，餐厅、公共空间等人都很多，有点吵，打扫卫生时会有点乱。房间内除了羊蹄山美景以外，感觉也没什么亮点。全英文服务人员是亮点，永远微笑、贴心服务。 さらに表示

可以ski in/out，酒店的景观无敌好，交通也很方便，提前定resort line线的大巴直接到比罗夫第一停车场下旁边步行2分钟就是酒店，提前跟酒店沟通还会安排bus来接，虽然就几步路，有welcome的饼干，酒店的服务人员基本都是外国人所以英文要会，酒店的早午餐和晚餐也不错，比走下去商业街的一些小店要好吃，价格也不贵，旁边也有小超市可以买零食饮料，酒店的温泉可以预约私汤，直接在房间里的ipad上就可以约！一楼有租雪具的，直接挂房间帐，并且价格非常合理大概就600多一天全套装备，直接从雪具店有电梯出去就能到酒店后见的一个初级道一个中级道，还有便捷雪道可以滑倒酒店前面的大路还有base售票处旁边，总之是一个环境景观都很棒的酒店！ さらに表示
