母との旅行で、5階の一番大きなツインベッドルームを利用させていただきました。 部屋数が5部屋ほどしかなく、静かで落ち着いたお宿でした。従業員の方々も気さくで親切です。 朝食はお弁当。洋食と和食（＋500円）両方を注文させていただきました。 5階でテラスがついていたので、外でいただきました。 12月だったので、とにかく寒かったですが（笑）京都の朝日を浴びながら楽しくいただきました。 どちらも美味しかったですが、和食弁当のおかずの種類が多く個人的に満足度が高かったです。 温かい時期にまたきて、今度はテラスをもっと利用したいです。 ただ、駅から徒歩10分弱歩くので電車利用は少し大変でした。（母と2人だったので話したり探検をしながら歩けたので苦痛を感じるほどではありませんでしたが） また宿からでてすぐにコンビニはないので、駅から行く際は烏丸御池駅近くで購入してから向かうのをおすすめします。 京都に何度か来ている方で、リラックスを目的にしている方には本当におすすめのお宿だと思います。 観光を目的に活発に動きたい方は、同ホテルの系列で駅に近いところをおすすめします。 さらに表示

お部屋も綺麗で、フロントの方も待たせていた友人にお茶を出してくれたりなどとてもサービスは良かったのですが、朝方から、非常階段をダッシュで上がったり下がったりスタッフの方々がされていたんだと思うのですが、部屋にガンガンに響き、びっくりしました。せっかく快適にゆったりと過ごせるホテルなのに、少し残念に思いました。 さらに表示

We got a killer deal on this charming boutique hotel. The room was exceptionally large for Japan or even the US for that matter. The bathroom, although a bit cramped was still comfortable and had a good selection of amenities and a private toilet room. The beds were very comfortable and we never heard any noise from other guests for the 2 nights we were there. Since there are only two guest rooms on each floor, the odds you'll run into someone else are pretty low. The staff were amazingly helpful and we even received a free Sake tasting in the lobby. The location is slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto so you will do a bit more walking when staying here. さらに表示

I really loved my first impression walking into the hotel, it was very calm and cooling after a long day of travel. The staff were always available and so attentive and helpful. My room was beautiful and the bed oh so comfortable. It was quiet and I slept very well. Location was great, quiet but interesting shops and small bars/restaurants we're everywhere. My wife & I recently stayed at the Villa for 11 nights in Room 302. The positives were - the staff were incredibly friendly & efficient - a very high standard of cleanliness - modern fittings & fixtures - comfortable bedding - quiet location - there are east-west & north-south subway stations & bus stops within a 10-minute walk - there are several 7-11/Family Mart type stores within a 5-minute walk - an opening window in our room meant we could sleep without the air-conditioning running The not-so-positives were - compact room with insufficient hanging & drawer space - insufficient space for 2 large suitcases without some creative thinking - shower over the bath, though this seems relatively common in Japan & we were aware before we made the reservation - placement of the safe at floor level is inconvenient for elder guests, like us さらに表示
