Spacious rooms with high end shower/bathroom. Located right conveniently by a train station and near major downtown tourist areas, the entire hotel is beautiful and very clean. Would strongly recommend to stay here. さらに表示

We were on our honey moon and this was the best hotel we stayed by far, super Kindly staff and really good location as well, walking distance to our favorite place, the Nishiki Market and also really close to Subway, definitely staying again here in our next trip to Kyoto さらに表示

Hotel is located away from the crowd at/around Kyoto station but you can manage with a 12-15 min taxi ride round about JPY 1500 or a few train stops away. Shopping area like Daimaru, IOI are within 15-min walk. Hotel feels homey as the reception staff is like your housekeeper who greets you and hand you the room key every time you come back. There are several good eating options around the hotel. Ask your friendly reception for the area map (it’s all indicated on the map). さらに表示

Every member of the staff here is terrific. They’re helpful with suggestions, restaurant reservations and directions. Our room had a comfy king bed and all the amenities you could imagine. Highly recommend this place. さらに表示

The staff were lovely and very helpful in making recommendations, and the room (and bathroom) was good size and very comfortable. The breakfast in the room was relaxing and delicious. The location was very convenient, in walking distance to two different underground lines and with many nice restaurants close by. There was no manager on site and staff not empowered to make complex decisions when trying to extend our stay. さらに表示

Can not say enough about how wonderful this hotel was. The room was fantastic and clean but it was the amazing staff which was the icing on this beautiful experience. Each and every member were genuinely nice, helpful and caring. During our visit to Kyoto we spent the night at an expensive Roykan (which was nice) however both my husband and I agreed our time and experience at the Villa Sanjo was far better. さらに表示

This Hotel is a real gem, it is in the center but in a residential area - with beautiful wooden houses and very quiet, but still there are a lot of restaurants and places to go with in walking distance. The Rooms are spacious ( for Japan), very clean and new. People at the desk are very friendly and helpful. There is no actual breakfast in the hotel, only room service and it is ordered from outside (only two variations) so I would rather go to a place nearby (there is a Starbucks close by). An excellent hotel overall. Spacious room, with a great bathroom. Everything was clean and immaculate. Our breakfast was well balanced with a variety of items. The staff was extremely pleasant and able to help with any arrangements or questions. The location was perfect for the subway or walking to the market. English was not a problem.
