部屋の設備、トイレ、シャワー、空調が総じて古い。 清掃が徹底されていない。ベッドに髪の毛がいくつも落ちていた。非常に不愉快で気色が悪い。 受付と部屋が非常に離れている。 受付にスタッフが何人もいるのに並ぶ順番など何一つ整頓されていない。 窓に隙間があるのか、部屋が非常に寒い。空調の温度を30度に設定したが寒い。 さらに表示

Very close to Gion subway station. if walk to Hakata station, it takes 10-15 minutes. Will be best if the check-in counter (reception) at same place and allow to check in earlier. さらに表示

Location nearby subway station, walking distance to shopping area. Various restaurants nearby. Spaces in the hotel room comfortable for two persons. Washing machines available in the room. If allow to using the cooking facilities then will be more value added. Hotel check-in at different locations and the checkin time at 5pm was making inconvenient for us as we arrived in the early morning around 7.40am. If drop the luggage at the receptionist have to pay 500yen per luggage. We reached the receptionist 3pm++ and we were not allowed to waiting at the receptionist lobby for our room key but have to retu3to collect the key at 5pm. さらに表示

The residence itself is convenient as it closes to Gion station. Clean and spacious. However, considering the total process, you will find that it is troublesome to check-in and stay in different places. Firstly, you will have to drag your items to check- in at one place and then have to drag them again to the residence place. This accomodation was great, it has everything, from airconditioning, microwave, fridge, iron, water boiler, cabinets, telephone, even a washing machine and bath tub. It has complete amenities- shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, cottonbuds cottonpads, bath salts and detergent for laundry. Its like a little apartment. The only downside is since its in a residence building it has no reception/frontdesk. We got a little lost when we arrived because i didnt receive the email that supposed to tell you where to go. After getting lost i emailed the hotel, and immediately got a response where to go, where the residence hotel reception is, which was a few blocks away. From there u will get instructions and a key for the building and your room. Its near Gion station just a block away, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores and vending machine in the area. 到達日子剛好維修外牆，上網查附近環境，一直找不到，原來維修中，所以同網上圖片有出入。 地點方便，到祇園地鐵站不需10分鐘。筥崎宮亦在附近，附近亦有便利店和餐廳，晚上又可到步行到川端通商店街食宵夜。 房間比一般日本的房大，用品應有盡有，唯一不足是洗澡時沒有位置放衫。 さらに表示

말그대로 혼자 여행할 경우 가격대비 괜찬은 호텔입니다. 다만 수건은 리필 할 경우 돈이 들고 체크인 위치랑 호텔의 위치가 틀리기 때문에 첫날은 조금 귀찮을 수 있습니다. 하지만 숙소에서 하카타 역이랑 커넬시티까지의 거리가 도보로 10분 정도 걸리고 기온 역까지 1분~3분정도 걸려서 교통과 편의시설 모두 괜찬았습니다. さらに表示

체크인 시간도 너무늦고 체크인한곳까지 걸어서 40분이나 걸렸는데 미안하다는 소리없더군요...진짜 너무심했읍니다.전에는 청소도 안해주더니..체크인하는곳이 하카타역 반대편에서도 10분 더걸어가야합니다. 호텔인데 청소도 안해주고 조식도없는곳입니다. . さらに表示
