Everything was great ( service, facilities, staff etc) except for the location We booked snow dog niseko initially as it was close to niseko ski village. Ski Japan was the company who manages a few hotels and skii classes/rentals in Niseko. They liased with us after we made the booking. The classes and rentals are all at grand hirafu , which is a 20 min shuttle bus ride to grand hirafu. Bus shuttles come every hour. Snow dogs nearby has not much eating options. Most of the eating and shops are at grand hirafu Its inconvenient to carry our boots around with us after skiing at grand hirafu. Ski Japan has another hotel they managed called alpen ridge. That hotel is literally at the bottom of the skii slope. I would recommend that. However, the good part of snow dogs is the facilities. There is a mini kitchen in the room for cooking, they have all sorts of pots pans and cutlery u need. Washing machine is available for free. Toilet is slightly on the smaller side . Very happy with our stay at snow dog village. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. We'd especially like to thank the shuttle bus driver Mike who went out of his way to make sure guests were well looked after and allowed us to get on the bus early to keep warm! This property is very close to Niseko Gondola, however unable to access it due to no path, without waiting for the courtesy bus which only runs every hour. Was disappointed as believed we could easily access this mountain at our leisure. The property is very new and comfortable/clean but very small with little room to store luggage and finding places to hang ski clothes challenging. Good heating, Very friendly and helpful bus drivers. If you want a quieter more affordable Niseko experience, definitely recommend. さらに表示

Great to enjoy apartment accommodation enabling cooking washing relaxing. Modern and clean, great alternative to hotel. The Japanese restaurant next to the reception offers great local food. Wonderful cook and service. Snow Dog is about 5mns to Niseko ski area by Snow Dog free shuttle that runs every hour except during lunch and dinner time which the wait could be reduce to be even more convenient さらに表示

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a kitchenette and ensuite included in our room and were incredibly happy throughout our two week stay. The staff were also wonderful including the shuttle bus service. Highly recommend this place, top quality service! さらに表示

We are pleasantly surprised when we reached. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is also a washing machine, small kitchen area for a double room and big living area for a 2 bedroom suite. It is also convenient as there is shuttle every hour to the ski resorts. Highly recommend as it is not commercialized. You can come here if you want to experience a more local niseko. さらに表示

房內設施齊全，最重要是提供洗衣機，只是位置較偏，晚上自駕比較難找，而且沒有街燈，要行到門口才會自動亮門口燈，另一問題是沒有電梯，像我住3樓的話，要搬行李和雪板比較吃力，但這價錢還是值的 さらに表示
