すごく良い
改装したてなのか、お部屋は全体的には綺麗で、かわいい感じになっていました。しかし、部屋のドアを閉めると、後ろに使用済みの歯ブラシが落ちていたり、テレビにホコリがあったりとお掃除が行き届いていないのかなと思わせるところがあったのが、少し残念でした。 その他はフロントの方の対応等とても親切でしたし、駅からも近く、1Fにはコンビニもあり便利でした。竹風堂の店舗もすぐ近くにあり立地も良いです。 長野に行く際はまた泊まらせてもらいたいと思います。 さらに表示

出張のため1泊しました。 ホテルは長野駅から徒歩3分ほどの大通りに面しているため、仕事後の21時過ぎのチェックインでしたが夕食には困りませんでした。またホテル一階にはコンビニ、ホテルの連なる駅前の大通りの角にはディスカウントストアがあるため日用品や軽食の調達には困りませんでした。 チェックインはフロント前の発券機で行いますが、スタッフの方が隣でサポートしていました。 室内は少々狭いですがとても清潔でお風呂もとてもきれいでした。 朝食はホテルフロント付近のカフェテリアで取るようです。 私は朝食なしのプランで宿泊したため朝食は取りませんでしたが、長野駅にカフェがあったのでそちらで軽食とコーヒーを頂くことができました。 さらに表示

駅から歩道橋でつながったビルで、エレベーターでフロントまで行けるので便利ですが 歩道橋に屋根が無いので雨の時は傘が必要。 部屋は清潔でキレイですが、ユニットバスがシャワーカーテンの生乾きの匂いで 充満していました。（設置されている消臭スプレーで消えましたが） 部屋の向きによっては善行寺や山々が見えるので景観も良いです。 さらに表示

The hotel is just 2 min from the Nagano Station (follow Zenkoji Temple Exit - crossed the pedestrian bridge - walk straight - the entrance is just beside Lawson store). The hotel is near to the ticket center and bus station to Togakushi Shrine and about 25 min walk to Zenkoji Temple. There are lots of food choices nearby. The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, wide range of amenities provided and luggage forwarding services (next day arrival) which is convenience for traveller who would like to visit Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. さらに表示

This hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. It is just behind Don Quijote. The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants so getting food and shopping are convenient. Zenkoji temple is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The only thing I did not like about the hotel is that the Hollywood Twin Room does not have space to open up two big luggages. We had to place one below the writing table and one on top of the table. The hotel is very good for it's category and price range. it's just across from the Nagano Jr. Station from Bus Stop Nbr.1 where you can easily catch regular buses to Zenkoji Temple which is the city's main draw. さらに表示

Its located very close to Nagano Station which is also the station for many of the busses to go around town and even to the snow monkey area park wich was extrimely convinient. The staff were more than helpfull. I actually left my camera at a restaurant and the staff at the hotel contacted them for us and confirmed it was there for us to go pick up. Its quite difficult to do that ourselves due to the language barrier. さらに表示

Location is great as it is just opposite of Nagano Station, easy access to tourist spots outside the area, near sundry shops for light meals and drinks, provide luggage storage before and after stay, easy to move around, even though they don't have a stand alone microwave oven, the staff willingly helps to heat up food when needed, just need to ask the counter for assistance. Only few hundreds meter away from Nagano station where you could find all the eateries. We stayed here for transit to go to Tateyama Alpine, and we need to catch the earliest bus at 7:30 am. This is the best place to stay if you're going to catch the early bus. さらに表示

Very comfortable room. Double was two twin beds pushed together (not uncommon, but not always the case). Shower had a couple of hairs left by housekeeping upon arrival. Otherwise room was very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good. Location was perfect: Less than 5 minute walk to Nagano station (easy for bus or train access). 5-10 minute walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and the Tokyu department store. The room was small, as is expected of a Japanese hotel room, but they packed a lot in. All amenities such as kettle, hairdryer, fridge etc. and a decent size bathroom which can be difficult to come by in Japan. Close to the station with friendly staff. Would definitely stay again! さらに表示

Pleasant stay. I'd book only five days beforehand, but the price was under US$80. Inside it's a clean hotel with WI-fi internet and good air con. Only 5 minutes walk to JR Nagano and lots of convenience stores nearby. Also a number of decent restaurants on the other side of the road. さらに表示
