ホテルは多少古さを感じますがフロント女性スタッフや食事スタッフの方々の対応が非常に良かったです。とても気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。 さらに表示

二食付きの予約でしたが、チェックインの際、素泊まりの予約と言われて、確認とその後の対応に約４０分、待たされました。こちらの希望を伝え、食事も近くのホテルを紹介して頂き、食べることが出来ましたが、こちらがagodaの返信メールを提示しているにもかかわらず、初期対応がお粗末です。 さらに表示

They did not have non smoking room . Could feel the smell while we step in. The housekeeping did not check thoroughly, my girl found a female underwear in the pocket of outer fit. The hotel is really old and dated. Dinner was so so . The food was not hot enough. We had our breakfast late, however they still top up some food. The public bath was a bit dirty. さらに表示

This hotel is our first hotel during our 6 days road trip around Hokkaido. We didn't put much expectation at first but surprised with outcome. The check in was smooth. Our room's view was excellent, facing mountain during winter was magical. The hotel located just across the road from Sounkyo Ice Waterfall Festival. The staff is friendly even though speak little English. They welcomed us at the car park and help us to carry our huge luggage. Room and hot bath are basic and a bit old, and odorous. Staff are very friendly and helpful - we arrived at the hotel quite last and almost missed the dinner, but the staff reminded us and accommodated us to finish dinner. Some dinner dishes are very tasty. さらに表示

Location is great, near ropeway. Try visiting the ramen authentic restaurant & beer restaurant behind the hotel. The only complain is hotel is old, bathroom is tiny & the curb/step is too high nearly tripped. さらに表示

Sounkyo in winter is very beautiful & peaceful. The hotel is just across the road from the ice festival. The buffet dinner is good but the breakfast is so so only. Anyhow, this hotel is great value for money. Only thing not so great is the onsen doesn’t seem very clean. さらに表示

Dinner is great , breakfast is OK , disappoint with onsen no amenity and in room bad smell. Stay in no smoking room but bad smell of smoke and bad management for room cleaning bad smell. No room for change they said all room is same bad smell. さらに表示

The location is perfect, just 3 min walking distance from bus terminal. Although the hotel is not a luxury and modern one, it is cozy and make you feel like home. Our standard room is spacious with a coffee table and sofa. Breakfast and dinner is nice enough with the money you spend. The bath house is not too small but the pad and onsen are a bit dirty. さらに表示

Overall satisfactory. The hotel was a bit old, same with the room. Our room doesn't have air conditioning only heater and it's a bit stuffy inside the room so we've to switch off the heater and open the windows to let the fresh air comes in. However, our room was facing the main road and the sound of the water from the river was a bit noisy especially at night. Onsen was good and it even has a small outdoor pool for onsen too. さらに表示

Hotel is so close to the bus stop. Enjoyed the hot spring so much. Staff at there were so nice. Knowing that I arrived early they helped me to check in earlier to settle. さらに表示

Good value for money (reasonable price for a basic room). Was satisfied with all the facilities in the room. I was a little concerned initially that the room would have a cigarette smell (due to some reviews i read) but was pleasantly surprised that there was none (or barely noticeable), so it could be that the room was cleaned thoroughly to clear the smell according to my request. さらに表示
