すごく良い
7月中旬にレンタカー旅行の際一泊しました。標高が高く、時間が夜で天候のせいもあって道中霧が濃かったです。チェックイン予定より遅れての到着で受付の女性が退勤するところみたいでしたが嫌な顔１つせずにこやかに対応してくれました。 夜外に出ると目の悪い私でも星がよく見えました！他の宿泊客も夜空を見上げていました。 翌朝は前日の湿気？の影響なのか、宿の人が「天候的に多分見れると思います」と言っていた通り、早朝には宿のすぐ下に雲海が広がっていました。雲海とか初めてだったので早起き頑張って良かったです(笑) 温泉は特徴的な赤茶色で「これこれ！」ってぐらいサビの匂いがしました。夜は暗くて分からなかったのですが、朝に露天風呂に入ると周りを緑の山々が囲んでいることが分かり、層雲峡の大自然が楽しめました。 さらに表示

すごく良い
良かった点が多くて満足に泊まらせて頂きましたが、冷蔵庫のプラグをコンセントに差し込んでも電源が入らず使用出来ませんでした。また、トイレのフロートタンクの栓がきちんと止まらず、手を突っ込んで蓋をしました。素泊まりで深夜チェックインし、早朝にチェックアウトしましたので、そんなに重要なことではありませんでしたが、お客様が快適にくつろげるよう改善して頂きたいと思います。 さらに表示

Ginsenkaku sits in the heart of Sounkyo Onsen. It's only a five minute walk away from the bus terminal. There is a seicomart nearby in case you need. While the room looks dated, it comes with all the necessities that I need. You have to prepare your own futon though.. The highlight of this place is the dinner. You'll get a sukiyaki hotpot with a buffet spread and free flow of drinks and alcohol. A great value for money place to wind down and relax with your family. さらに表示

Although a small restaurant but the dinner buffet were great, with my package we also had an all-you-can-drink for 60 minutes. The hotel do have a private (family) bathhouse and sells a discounted ticket to the nearby gondola up to the mountain. さらに表示

Private onsen facility is a plus. Location is prime as it is so close to the ropeway station. We did not try dinner but breakfast was amazing. The room is a little dated and we spotted some mosquitoes. さらに表示

We're kind of very late for check-in, lights in the lobby were turn off completely, but glad to find our key left at the reception's table. Car park was full, thus no choice but to park right besides the main entrance. Room is very spacious and clean, just some noise from the main street. Enjoyed both its indoor and outdoor onsen. There's also a rather small private onsen available, just need to reserve the timing required on the whiteboard. Dishes for breakfast is good, with a number of variety, but the experience could be better if the staff did not keep reminding us to finish our meal on-time by 9am, no allowance to stay a little longer. Unfortunately I don't see any friendly staff here, and also waited for 15min for a staff to appear at the reception to enquire something before we check-out. The hotel is around 5 minutes walk from bus stop at the post office and 3 minutes from the ropeway. The room is Japanese style tatami, where you have to make your own futon, with instruction in the room. They have private onsen available for reservation, although it's small and a bit stinky. Just go to B1 floor and right your name and room down to reserve. The bad thing is the reception opens from 8am to 10pm only and you need to ask for shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner from them, since they are not available in the room. We arrived late and failed to do so. Thus, we only have a soap to use for shower in the room. They, probably, expect most guest to take bath in the onsen. The best thing about this hotel is the taste and variety of their breakfast, which includes salmon, saba, salmon roe, tarako roe, shishamo, chicken nuggets, korokke, soba, gyudon, and a lot more. さらに表示

Well-located in Onsen street, it is a few steps from Kurodake Onsen and Ropeway station. U can't miss it! Our room was big enough and clean in Japanese style. A private bathroom was included inside our room. We've also enjoyed family onsen on B1 floor and there were public onsen as well. The dinner was in a semi-buffet style which u could have a taste of traditional Japanese cuisine. The breakfast was simple yet satisfactory. Good for family with small children. Just a reminder: No air conditioner which means a bit hot in summer nights. They provide fan though. さらに表示

The location couldn't be better, but it was the staff, especially in the restaurant, that impressed us the most. They went WAY out of their way to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, even phoning our room one evening when we were 20 minutes late for our dinner time to find out if we were okay! We arrived a little late after going up the Mt Kurodate Ropeway and going round in circles for a while so the kaiseki dinner appeared to be prepared in a little rush. Despite that the dinner was good with the free flow a good variety of drinks. Enjoyed the private onsen. We had to rush off early the next morning and had to skip breakfast. The hotel is located at a strategic location in the town of Sounkyo, right next to the Visitor's Center and the Ropeway. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, though I didn't get to try the dinner as it was fully booked when I arrived. The hotel is a little dated, with basic rooms and certain areas around the hotel that have not had proper upkeep. Our family booked two rooms in June 13. The hotel appeared old and rather run-down at first glance. The rooms were clean and simple and reasonable for group of three and four. However, we had to lay our tatami mats, unlike all other Japanese rooms we stayed in Hakkaido. We book came with dinner. We were served steamboat dinner although we would prefer Japanese cuisine using local fresh produce. The amount of food served was very generous but some cabbage leaves were yellow and bruised and the pork did not tasted fresh. My daughter accidentally misplaced her handphone up at the mountain and this resulted in our delayed return to the hotel for checkout by 20 mins. As a result, the hotel slapped us with a 1000yen late charge for the seven of us. This came as a shock as we were not informed about late charges prior to check in. This marred our experience. The hotel is right down the foot of the cable station and so convenient. The hot spring is small with basic amenities. さらに表示

The hotel has a small outdoor onsen and an indoor bath area with sauna. The facilities are expected. A surprise element is the friendly staff who care for every customer. The staff try their best to provide personal service as far as possible. I had a good discounted rate probably due to low season.
