テレビ無し、布団臭い、床汚い、スリッパ汚い、歯ブラシも無い、友達と落ち合って泊まる予定が、友達は、泊まらず帰り、（人を呼べるレベルでは無かった為）2人分の料金を支払いましたが、一人で泊まる事となり、そんなことならカプセルホテルにでも泊まれば良かった。というところ。 で、スリッパは、汚かったので、買いました。寝るだけに使用するなら良いと思います。 さらに表示

The place itself is not bad. It's right next to the metro subway line which is convenient. The room can accommodate 3 people and have 1 queen size mattress and 1 single futon. It's great for 2 people but not for a group of 3. The futon they provided is very uncomfortable because it was very thin. After walking all day and having only to sleep in that futon was a nightmare. I don't mind sleeping in a futon if a futon is a bit thicker. Otherwise it's a value for money and best for a couple. さらに表示

we booked 5 days in this place and we were literally illegal due to Ryokan licensing that is not fully acquire by the owner. we found there are hairs everywhere over the apartment carpet and very disgusting. location is very close to subway station. Views from balcony is okay. no proper instructions on waste/garbage disposal. no washing machine available for room 1109. さらに表示

I stayed 7 nights. Great location, central to all major attractions, restaurants and nightlife. Unfortunately though, the rooms lacked major attention to necessities like the following. The bed mattress, I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on it, you can literally feel every single spring and very uncomfortable. No TV at all. No toaster and Lacking major kitchen utensils when this was sold as a self contained apartment. Plus no machine either. The apartment was not serviced at all during my stay of 7 nights. When I checked in the apartment was no clean to my expectations at all, like floor still had dust and other peoples long black hair. Toilet seat was still not cleaned, I had to clean it. Plus if you are on an overnight flight you cannot leave your luggage with concierge as they are not serviced apartments and not attended at all be a staff member on hand. I made do with my stay as I had no choice but for people that may need assistance or guidance about their stay in Osaka, well they will not get it. さらに表示

We has stay in Osaka over a week and choose S-Residence Namba East Apartment Room 1109 (actually is random room, choose and confirm booking by room owner). Over all experience was excellence, room was clean, new and comfortable with necessary amenities such as toilet amenities, towels, small kitchen & kitchen utensil, microwave, electric pot and mini refrigerator. Just only bad experience about bed which subside on the middle part and make you feel really and not comfortable while you sleep. さらに表示

비앤비를 피하고싶어 아고다에서 숙박 예약을 했는데 알고보니 비앤비더군요 집주인과 연락도 잘 안되고 수건은 1인당 작은타올1개 큰타올1개 주더군요 3박을 묵었는데 여자 3명이서 수건 6개로 돌려썼습니다 수건 추가로 받으려면 2장에 250엔이라고 하더군요. 숙소보안은 잘 되어있는데 방 안에 있는 와이파이는 연결이 되질 않아 한국에서 빌린 와이파이를 계속 썼습니다. 방 안에 히터겸 에어컨이 있지만 난방이 잘 되지 않아서 밤새 덜덜 떨면서 잤네요. 덴덴타운 근처에 있다고 생각하시면 되고 난바역에서 걸어서 20분정도 걸리네요. 체크인 시간이 정해져있어 아침비행기로 일찍 도착하시는 분들께는 비추입니다. 저희는 난바역 코인락커에 캐리어 보관하고 돌아다녔습니다. さらに表示

整體可以，不過床鋪有血漬😰和床墊老化得連彈簧都凸起，睡覺時感覺到床鋪凹凸不平很不舒服，另外可能我沒有留意，原來沒有電視機，如早回去民宿休息有些無聊，即使有WiFi 但網絡極慢，其它配備也不錯 さらに表示
