I did the self chek-in coz i arrived late at night. Friendly staffs and they speak english :) rooms are earth toned colors and clean.. Close to stations and just walking distance from dotonbori and kuromon market.. :) さらに表示

Check-in was swift and the staff at the reception explained everything in detail such as how to open the room door with the electronic door lock. The toilets and shower rooms are really clean as the hostel has a practice of "clean after yourself" which means e.g. cleaning up the floor if it's wet after you washed your face using the basin. There's no shortage of toilet paper and paper towels in the toilets and shower rooms throughout my 5 nights stay. There's a small common area and hot water kettles in front of the reception. You will feel very safe in this hostel as the main door is locked everyday after their working hours and also CCTVs in the hostel including the dorm room to ensure only those staying in the hostel have access to the rooms. As the hostel is not located next to the main road, it's not noisy at late night. Downside is the washing machine can only be used during their working hours until 10pm, as it's located at the balcony outside the hostel. さらに表示

The hostel practised a strict house rule whereby the guess need to keep the facilities clean, making the hostel very clean and comfortable. They also provided security box attached inside your bunk bed, making us covenient to keep our valuable thing. The 6 beded room r locked all the time, can be accessed by code or card. さらに表示

Location is really good: about 7 min walk from namba station, right next to kuromon market. Toilet and beds are clean, and staff are really friendly. Bed curtains can shut off all the light in the room which is really awesome. Even have a welcome drink and fruits. I would really recommend this hostel. さらに表示

The people running the hostel are friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early as the room had already been cleaned by the time we arrived. The tatami in the room was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and had shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There were also hair dryers and hand soap. The rooms were self-locking and could be opened using a password code as well as a card key. There was sufficient space in our quad room for 2 big and 3 small luggages. The futons were a bit thin, but the pillows and blankets were fine. We were given free towels (1 set for the whole stay). There was an A/C / heater in the room and we could adjust the temperature. Our room also had a window and plenty of hooks and hangers. About 10min walk to the JR train station and less than 5min walk to food places and a shopping arcade. Overall a great place to stay. さらに表示

I just stayed one night so didn't really get a good feel for the experience, but it was clean and in a good location to other areas in Osaka. The people that I did see staying there weren't very polite, but that's no fault of the hostel. A cheaper, decent stay in Osaka. さらに表示

Hostel covered the basic necessities. located near kuromon market and Namba station, just that it is located inside some small streets and nearby some drinking stalls, making it slightly unsafe to go back late at night if you are a solo female traveller. The receptionist is located 2nd floor of the building where you need to pull the door to open. There is no lift access to the 2nd floor, thus take note if your luggage is heavy as you will need to carry it up a fleet of stairs. But it is value for money and will recommend to stay. さらに表示

Good rooms, super clean and comfortable. Paper thin walls and common area was a small 4 seater table next to reception. Otherwise was a pleasant stay with friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs has nice meals (with discount for guests). さらに表示

Get an experience with Japanese style room. Nice stay :) Staff are nice and easy to communicate. Room is clean and facilities are user-friendly. Good location with various railway stations nearby. Many choices for meals and shopping nearby. Will come back again next time. さらに表示

Location is the selling feature of Stay Osaka. It is in a relatively quiet street only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Osaka tourism. The staff are also very helpful with good/enough English communication skills. The facilities are limited considering the daily rate but good enough to make my stay worry-free. I rated 4-star for cleanliness considering the daily rate and type of accommodation. It is understandable that the hostel cannot change the linen daily nor wash the comforter frequently. さらに表示

microwave, 24 hrs tea/ coffee and toiletries provided. Sound proof was poor but they provide us ear buds so it isn't a problem for us. Worth staying. Location is good. さらに表示
