スタッフのアットホームな対応、部屋の綺麗さと広さ、静かさは素晴らしいです。駅やコンビニも近く便利です。テレビがなく、髭剃り、歯ブラシなどのアメニティがなく、朝食がでない点は、ビジネスホテルが勝るところですね。また11月中旬でしたが、部屋が寒くて、暖房１つでは部屋が広いのでなかなか温まらなかったです。また、4泊以上しないとシーツの交換をしてくれません。 さらに表示

The staff are friendly and able to speak Chinese. The room was ready for us when we checked in at around 12:30 which is great for us to tidy up a bit before continuing the trip. The host could provide cooking and table wares, however, do not expect too much on their quality since they are free to borrow. Room was decent and the place is large. One thing that is personally dislike is we got a room on the ground floor- next to elevator, this makes me feel insecure and no trees/ views could be seen. さらに表示

We have 3 days holiday in Kyoto and decided to choose Stella In. The location is great comparing with other options available at that time in the city. Room is relatively clean, but the bath seems for me need to be cleaner. The room in overall has all necessary facility for you to cook if you want to. The instruction with a heater and air con is a big plus since we didn't know Japanese at all. The reception is helpful and can assist you with any questions you have. We went to japan for our honeymoon and decided to spend 6 days in Kyoto. I have to say out of the whole trip, Stella Inn was the best place to stay at! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with living room, kitchen area and bed room. Bathroom was very clean and spacious too! It’s easy to walk around to explore the temples, markets and good restaurants. It is a great place to stay in kyoto. Walkable distance (~15 mins) from kyoto station if you exit the correct exit (cannot remember). The room is apartment style hence it is big compared to hotels. Toilet and shower room are separate. Bed is very comfortable and it will make you want to sleep in more. There is a mini table which you cannot resist to buy supper and dine in the room either from elsewhere or from 7 eleven which is just round the corner. The staff is very friendly and will provide you a map for you to navigate around. It's a pity that we only stay 1 night and didnt manage to try out the restaurant recommended by the staff. There is coin laundry machine too which you can wash all your clothes! Overall very good place which we will definitely stay in the next time in Kyoto. さらに表示

There's no elevator at the exits of Gojo station, so you will have to carry the heavy luggage up. I have someone to carry it with me. But the room is very and clean. There's a room to do laundry with washer, dryer and microwave oven. さらに表示

So close to the station! If you are a person who enjoy walking you can actually spend 20-30 mins walk to many popular places. Room is clean and quite a decent size. Reception is very very friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again next time when we are in Kyoto! さらに表示

Staff is so friendly, taiwanese able to speak chinese, easier for us. We check in later than their off-work time, therefore we had to check in ourselves which was easy as they left a note on the reception table. Room is big considering we are in japan. 4 people able to stay in one room, they provided a futon bed and the sofa is a sofa-bed. but we booked 2 rooms for 4 instead which was very big. toilet is nice, there's a small bathtub as well. Apartment is clean, there's a dry kitchen. The photos in agoda is accurate to the actual. Location is at Goju, near to Goju station, about 5 mins walk. Main central Kyoto station is one stop away, had to take a train or walk. Other than that it was excellent さらに表示

Price was cheap and room was spacious and clean. However there were some hair on the towels. Also, the reception was not locked during non office hours so everyone can steal the reception computer and documents with sensitive information. The lobby was equipped with password protected door but the password was pasted right at the door so everyone can enter. さらに表示

Double room is spacious with Bedroom, Living room and Bathroom. Room is clean. Hotel is located in convenient location, closed to Gojo Subway and Bus stop. Only 15 minutes walk to Kyoto station or Nishiki Market. Staff is very nice and freindly. Valuable for money! さらに表示

I had a pretty good experience at the Stella Inn in Kyoto, my only complaint is the weird, sewage-esque smell that came from the bathtub after I took a bath. After I took a bath, a strange odor started coming from the bathroom and I kept the door to the bathroom closed for the rest of my time there. Luckily, the toilet was in a separate room, but the smell was so bad that I couldn't even do my makeup in the bathroom and elected to use the mirror in the hall. It smelled like sewage every time I opened the bathroom door. Otherwise the room was really spacious and nice, the bed was very comfortable. さらに表示

A bit pricy during the autumn leaves season. Clean, close to subway and buses, quite street. not very good sound isolation, no light for reading. Need to ask for dishes and microwave on the first floor only. さらに表示
