バスタオルはなかったので、コンビニでかいました。場所は、どの駅からもそこそこ遠いので、アクセスはそこまでよくないです。布団から人の匂いがしたので、シーツを洗って干しました。 安いので、しばらくいるなら色々掃除してみたりして使うと使い心地は悪くないのかも。 さらに表示

コロナの影響で県外への旅行自粛要請が出たので仕方なく延期の電話をしましたが、一切ダメでした！ キャンセルもダメ！、日にち変更もダメ！　 但し、他の人に貸すのはいい！との事。(この方が問題でしょ？) 宿泊施設側も大変なのはわかりますので、せめて日程変更は認めて欲しかった！ 次からは別の宿にします。 さらに表示

一週間　アパートで生活するって感じで、料金の割には十分すぎるものでした。 特にコスパは土日の料金が高くなっているのかもしれませんが極端に高くなるというものではなかったので、仕事とはいえ自腹でしたので大変助かりました。 駅に近いし、スーパーもちかくにあるし、足りないものは駅に100円SHOPあるしね。 悪い所をしいていうなら、白い枕カバーはあったのですが、布団のシーツが青色の分なら問題ないのですが、なかったんじゃないかな？と思いましたが気にしないのでそのまま寝ていましたが、念のため家にある簡易な布団カバーを持っていいかもしれません。 さらに表示

This accommodation is a rare perfect flat to stay in Fukuoka for a few weeks and longer. The owner pays attention to all aspects of the flat for a comfortable stay by guests. Truely recommended. さらに表示

The place is very clean, also very near restaurants, bars and convenience store. The apartment is well-equipped with just everything you need. Shin Shin is right at the corner of the street. We tried the bars across the apartment and was surprised that food there are also good and cheap. There's a curry resto behind the apartment and was definitely worth a try. さらに表示

2nd visit to Sumiyoshi apartment, it locates a bit far from Hakata station, @20mins walk, but in a small community, without noisy, busy life. It takes 10mins walk to bus station, 100 yen bus fares in the circle of Hakata & Tenjin. @2 block away in front of the building, there's a supermarket & a local shop sells fruits & vegetables. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to explore Hakata. It's clean and has everything that we needed during our stay. We stayed for 9 days and didn't run into any issues. There's a convenience store beside the building and a lot of other establishments nearby. Not far from bus station. We enjoyed our stay! さらに表示

Booked for double room but when arrived only given the single room, with single bed. Booked for 1 week, is totally not worth it with this kind of room condition with 3 family members. Location is far away from the main train/bus station. Difficult to move around with young kid. Will not consider this place anymore in next trip. さらに表示

The Apartment is good. Clean Bathroom and Toilet, has toiletries included and fast internet. It is about 15 to 20 mins walk to Hakata station which is very good and close to attractions like the canal city mall and shrines. さらに表示

Loved this place, would recommend it to anyone. The beds are super comfortable and there are all amenities you need to make the apartment your home during your stay. There is a washer machine and detergent, a hair dryer, a hot plate, microwave, hot water kettle, kitchen utensils- everything you need to make it a home. The tv is also really big. There's also a 711, family mart and a 24h supermarket within 2 mins of the apartment. The only downfall is it's slightly farther away from hakata station. Will come back for sure!!!! さらに表示

Distance: 20 mins walk to Hakata, 30 mins walk to Watanabe Dori, 10 mins walk to nearest bus stop, Bus: jp$ 100. 5 mins to Hakata, 2 stops, 15 mins to Tenjin, 5 mins to Watanabe Dori, 1 stop. Flat: Go up 1 floor to lobby, Open the door, Go up 1 more floor, Take the lift to flat. 1 toilet, 1 bathtub, 1 balcony, 1 open kitchen, 1 single bed. 1 washing machine, 1 mini fridge, 1 microwave, 1 pot, 1 pan. Lawsons just at the corner, 2 restaurants opposite. It is really far away from Hakata. Room is clean & quiet. Bed is comfortable, Fridge is not cold enough, glad that ice is free from supermarket that I can take it daily. さらに表示
