車でお伺いしてコインパーキング停めてくれと言われて停めたのだが、どうしても外出する用事があり、裏のコインパーキング空いてない場合はどうしたらいいか聞いたら、前日のフロントの人は近くのコインパーキング空いてなかったら他のコインパーキングに停めて下さいと言ってたが、次の日のフロントの人は、そこは対象外なのでって言われて自腹切らされた。 とにかくスタッフ間の引き継ぎができていないのか、前日のフロントの人が適当なことを言ってたのかわからないが、全てにおいて適当な感じで残念でした。駐車場の電話予約の段階でも、曖昧な返事しかされずに心配でしたが、やっぱりトラブルがありました。対象外なコインパーキングなどの説明も一切ありませんでした。せっかくいい施設なのに勿体ない気がします。車で行くならここはオススメしません。 さらに表示

Rooms was larger than expected, but the bathroom is super tight. Beds and bathroom were clean, but room could use an overall dusting. It is an older facility and could use a little updating. I speak Japanese so I was fine, but staff has very limited English speaking ability. The Oruro is only available for men to use. さらに表示

First I thought I need to walk a bit to the hotel. But actually it is right next to the station. Lots of foods around. Nice hotspring bath. I didn't use my room bathroom at all. さらに表示

The location was great, room had a nice view of what remains of Nara castle. But unfortunately, they stay wasn't too pleasant for us. We had requested for a non-smoking room but they ran out of it. They nicely emailed us in advance that they could only provide a smoking room. Somehow during our stay, especially through the night, cigarette smoke smell kept creeping into our room and it became difficult for us to sleep despite the air purifier that they had provided. In summary, this hotel is actually not too bad as it provides free onsen for male guests. But unless you can secure a non-smoking room or don't mind the lack thereof, I wouldn't recommend staying here. さらに表示

I chose this hotel because I was arriving at midnight and leaving early in the morning and wanted to be close to the train station. It served its purpose. Room was clean (though a little outdated), breakfast was decent (Japanese), staff were polite. Would stay here again for a quick stop-over. さらに表示
