スタッフさんがとても優しかったし、マンション風なので新鮮でした(^^♪ しかも、ゲストハウスなのにひと部屋ずつ、お風呂とトイレが付いていて、セパレートなのは嬉しい(^^) お風呂は少し小さめですが、、、 使わなかったけど、キッチン、冷蔵庫、レンジ、洗濯機、インターネットがあるのでいざと言うときにとても便利だと思います！ とーっても安かったし、また機会があればぜひ利用したいゲストハウスでした！！ ありがとうございました(o^^o) さらに表示

部屋が広く清潔で、心地よく過ごせました。 清掃はないものの、交換のバスタオル類は自由に持っていけるようになっており、使用済みはカゴに入れ、ごみと一緒に部屋の外に出しておくとスタッフが片付けてくれます。 シーツ類も替えのものがあり、自分で交換できます。キッチン、洗濯機、浴室乾燥もあり生活しているように泊まる、というスタイルです。 スタッフの方々もとても親切でした。 延泊を申し出た際も、丁寧に説明してくださり、レンタサイクルを借りた際も寒さの心配や椅子の調節もしてくださったり。 住宅地にあるので外観は良いとはいえませんが、立地は便利で、コンビニがすぐそばにあり、横のバス停にもバスがすぐにくるのでこまりませんでした。 ぜひまた行きたいと思えるゲストハウスです さらに表示

ギリギリのタイミングで予約したところで、期待しなかったけど、スーパーよかった！ 家族といとこの家族、計5人で2部屋 IH 、レンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、テレビ付きパソコンが揃っていて、とても便利 部屋もきれいで、周りの環境、植木もきれいです！ 駅まで、観光地までも行きやすいところです。 スタッフに会えなかったけど、チェックインチェックアウトはセルフで特に問題がなかったです！ 改善点という言葉がよくないけど、使い捨てのスリッパを置いてほしいです。 また利用したいです！ さらに表示

チェックインが21時をまわっていた、直電は繋がらない。記載の携帯にかけても1回目は繋がらなかった、2回目でやっと繋がった...あり得ないくらい不安になった。宿泊できないのかと...こんな思いするのであれば利用は二度としない。 さらに表示

It's a very nice & clean service apartment which has all necessities, ie. washing machine, drier, stoves, microwaves, computer/TV, etc., close to JR train station, a minute way to family mart convenience store, and only few stops to Kyoto station. The place is perfectly location if you plan to go to Arashiyama. We think it's the best place for staying in Kyoto, especially if you plan to stay for more than 2-3 nights. I was happy about the studio room which is spacious and it has a wachine machines with its dryer. However, the location is a bit far and I found a hard time finding cheap and good restaurants nearby. The location is also too quiet especially after 7pm and the street was a bit dark さらに表示

Very friendly staff, the place inside the alley, easy to find. A little bit of distance to walk if you are focusing on train/subway, get a day pass on the bus, we found buses to be a great way to roam around Kyoto. Thank you for a memorable journey. さらに表示

Easily accessible to bus stations, convenience stores and hole in the wall restaurants. Facilities are adequate, I even did my laundry in my room since I got soaked by rain. The in-room PC is an added bonus (it's an old model though, but I can do work emails, Netflix and light browsing). Overall it's very enjoyable and convenient, I kinda wished I stayed longer. さらに表示

It's an excellent place to stay, with a quiet and comfy environment, quite convenient transport, can either taking bus from Kyoto station or walking for around 15mins from Kyoto station, but not so close to the shopping areas, but still strongly recommended for those who prefer to stay in a comfy and nice place さらに表示

Clean, newly constructed, laundry and efficiency kitchen in unit. In an ordinary neighborhood, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to walk or use the City Bus. Would definitely return to this or their other properties, well done with vision and execution. さらに表示

A modern room in comparison with some hotels we stayed (toilets, separated bath with TV and radio). It takes about 20 minutes to go to JR Kyoto Station. The place was quiet (perfect !). It is possible to buy one day ticket bus, detergent suppliers and to rent bicycles and other stuffs at the reception desk. Our best stay in Japan ! さらに表示

The location is a two minute walk from a bus stop which take you to the main train station. 2 minute walk to a Family Mart and 5 minute walk from 7-11. Very quiet at night with little option on where to eat past 7pm. But you still have the supermarket. The rooms have a laundry and a dryer in the bathroom. Very helpful for light packing travelers. We didn't expect that this guesthouse is so nice. We enjoyed the bathtub with a small TV. The room is clean and new. A bit of a downside is its location since it is far from the MRT stations. We need to ride a bus to get to the guesthouse. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will recommend this to my friends and will definitely come back again :) さらに表示

The location is a 15-20 minutes walk from Kyoto station, with bus stops nearby to bring you to main attractions and Kyoto station. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, modern and cozy. A bonus for us is that there is a washing machine in the room and the bathroom is equipped with drying function for the washed clothes! We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse and it really feel like home. Highly recommended! =) さらに表示

This property has good facilities but their staff is barely present and the "front desk" closes at 3 pm and you have have to call the in order to check in. Not a good idea for very tired travellers. さらに表示
