After a long day walking in Tokyo, it is so nice to return to our room to relax, enjoy onsen etc, Enjoyed the walk from akasaka Mitsuke station to hotel on narrow roads surrounded by shops/restaurants. Many shops were closed during the new year hols. Great to have Donki (Picasso) and family mart nearby. As Unagi restaurants were closed, we had a sumptuous sashimi dinner instead nearby ( road behind Picasso). Breakfast at hotel was ample and delicious. The sheets are comfortable and my wife and I get the best sleep here. The staff also helped me book my wife's birthday dinner reservation in advance, the blinds can completely block out any sunlight. Excellence in every sense of the word. さらに表示

Stayed here for two weeks. Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff, solid amenities, very clean. It's not fancy and the rooms are compact, but it still felt nice and everything about the hotel seemed well thought out. Excellent bang for your buck. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. さらに表示

We were pleased with almost everything this hotel offered. Location was outstanding, service was good, price was decent, there's even an onsen! - although it's artificial and small. The room we booked was not large, as is common in Tokyo, but the really comfortable and firm bed and the sturdy pillows helped me get a great night's rest! I also really enjoyed having the humidifier in the room that I could set up to my preference. Definitely staying here again next time I'm back in Tokyo! さらに表示

Incredible stay. The staff is fantastic. They were all extremely helpful, and went the extra mile every time. Can't say enough good things about them. Besides that, the location is great. There are lots of food options around the hotel, and two subway lines are a short walk away. The hotel is very clean and smells great. The only problem was that the rooms are really small. We decided not to even shower in the room during our stay, we went down to the spa instead. The spa is such a valuable facility in a city like Tokyo. Our days were quite busy walking around the city, so coming home to the hot bath was a great way to relax. I'd definitely stay here again さらに表示

Location is convenient to 2 train stations: Asakasa and Asakasa Mitsuke and a 24 hr mini market, 7-11 stores, local eating places. Superior front desk staff made my family stay pleasant. They are very helpful, courteous especially Maria Ozaki. Thank you very much. さらに表示

Abbiamo pernottato presso la struttura per 4 notti consecutive usufruendo di una promozione agoda davvero conveniente. La struttura è vicinissima alla metro (circa 3 minuti a piedi) e molteplici ristoranti nella zona davvero economici. Inoltre punto a favore la vicinanza con ben 2 combini (praticamente accanto all’ingresso). Il personale è risultato gentilissimo è disponibilissimo ad ogni nostra richiesta (alle donne regalano anche un piccolo kit di benvenuto di prodotti da bagno fate voi..). Camere pulitissime; possibilità di avere cuscino aggiuntivo oltre a kimono per l’accesso all’onsen. Con soli 1100 yen vi è la possibilità di fare la colazione la mattina direi decisamente ottima. さらに表示

The rooms are small (typical for Tokyo), but the location is wonderful with lots of great places to eat out nearby and great transit access. The staff were great. Tip: You have to bring up your own pillow from the lobby, and they sometimes run out! My partner and I spent our first night without pillows, so grab one as soon as you get there! さらに表示
