非常に満足
路線バスで行きました。台ヶ岳のバス停からすぐ近くで荷物を持っててもそれほど苦にならずに済みます。バス停前はファミマなので、車のない旅人にはいろいろ助かります。
部屋はコンパクトですが、機能的で不便さはありません。部屋風呂も温泉でいつでも入れるのがいいですね。でも折角の半露天なのに木が邪魔して景色が殆ど見えないのが勿体ないです。
大浴場の露天風呂は気持ち良いです。
そして、この宿の一番のオススメポイントは夕食ですね。金目鯛の煮付けがとっても美味しい！これだけ食べにまた行きたい！
最後に一点努力して欲しいところ。
清掃が不十分です。廊下、階段、手摺、土産物を置いている棚。明らかに掃除してません。清潔さを保つことは何よりも優先して欲しいです。

歩いて五分もかからないところにFamily Martがあり便利です。
また少し歩きますがご飯屋さんも何軒か。

新設旅館ということで事前情報が少なく心配でしたが、とても素敵な場所でした。
フロントの対応からお部屋の雰囲気、露天風呂まで全て満足です。
気になる所とすればお部屋の一部の壁から樹液？の様な物が付いていた為、気付かず触れてしまうと洋服などに付いて汚れる可能性があります。

It was a little bit far from the main station but it is super quiet and close to 仙石高原. The staff are super nice and helpful here, the high light is definitely the in room hot spring with real hot spring water!! You must book the dinner here, it’s super good and drink included. The hotel itself is very well kept, with each room having its own private bath, as well as a much larger public bath with amazing views of the surrounding Hakone area. It is a bit out of the way from the main Hakone town but there is a bus stop 100m from the hotel that can take you to the main town さらに表示

Decent place that's a short walk from the bus station. Love the design of the room and the private onsen in the room. Breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast. Only downside is that there's a lot of spiderwebs around the whole place. Had to pay extra for early check-in and the guy at reception was a bit frustrated when I asked him for directions to our destination. さらに表示

Pros:
Private Onsen is second to none. My older parents both enjoy it very much.
Dinner and Breakfast are both tasty.
Cons:
Location: I suggest either taking taxi or drive to the location. Bus is available but it will be a bit cumbersome when carrying your luggage.
Service: I find that the receptionist (Japanese man) is quite rude (and also emotionless) to us even though i was polite (at least I reckon). The other receptionists (Japanese ladies) are very polite. I understand there may be too many troublesome guests but I still hope more training is provided to staff in hospitality to provide guest with "consistent high level of service".

I booked this hotel based on reviews and the fact that its a fairly new hotel and I was not disappointed. The facilities are new and clean. The onsen was lovely. The set dinner cater was not extravagant but we enjoyed it. We like the fact that they noticed and provided different menus for dinners for those who stayed for more than 1 night so we do not have to eat the same dish again. We also like the free flow of drinks that was offered with the dinner. Their breakfast was light and hearty.
We also enjoyed the private hot bath we have in our room. Overall good stay and we'll definitely come back again.

5 mins walk to Gotanda station, very easy to get around. Gd size/ modern/ clean rooms. Not enough elevators or not moving fast enough for the size of the hotel. 2 washing machines proved to be insufficient, I waited for hours to get my washing done. さらに表示

The signing of hotel name is not clear enough. The hotel only put one signing stand of hotel name at the entrance. We drive to the hotel by ourselves, since we are not facing the hotel signing, we missed the entrance. Thus, we suggest they put one more signing on the other side of their main entrance. さらに表示

We loved our stay here. We were traveling on our honeymoon and were looking for the perfect onsen. This one was great for us - since we both have tattoos, we loved that the hotel had private baths in each room that we could enjoy together. Have a Family Mart nearby which is just 2 minutes walk distance. Clean and cozy room which fit for family ( 3 person is prefect but will a bit small for 4). Have private hot spring in room which convenient if you bring your kids/ elderly family to stay. The whole place felt like a resort, considering that the price paid was also considered more of a premium. Meals catered for us was excellent, from the sumptuous dinner to the splendid breakfast. On top of that there were various onsen baths available for use with yukatas provided as well. My room had a private bath where one could soak in privacy as well. Rooms were clean and spacious. Could be slightly inconvenient to get to if not driving as one has to take a bus from the train station, but positive note is that the bus stop is only a 3 min walk from the Ryokan. The place is easy to find with the Tozan bus, good size of room given the price is not very high, clean and nice ambiance in the room with private hot spring bath always ready, nice dinner and breakfast. The only thing that may not reach one’s imagination for onsen hotel maybe the fact that the meals are served in the restaurant not the room, unlike some old ryokan, but at least the food is nice and is in a more-than-enough portion. さらに表示

Arrived around 5pm, tired from bus ride, was told by staff restaurant is reserved. No choice have to go out to explore. Staffs never informed anything about subsequent meals. Expect to share the room with other small insects. Dust accumulates on ledges. Consolation is that room is cosy, comfortable and within walking distance to the best food served by an old lady in hakone. Gets really dark by 5pm. 4 travellers with 2 kids 12 and 10. Finding the place was a bit hectic, there is a busstop only a minute walk nearby but it seems like not a lot of buses go through. So we had to get off the bus 15min away from the place and walked with our suitcases, but if you are driving, it seems to be convenient as parking spaces are just right outside the rooms.
Service was alright, the staff serving food were very accommodating but those working at the reception could do better.
Room was very clean and new, the place was well-equipped, you are allowed to choose the yukata of different sizes at the lobby area. We stayed for a night and we had both dinner and breakfast. The food was amazing and there's definitely a lot of varieties. The drinks are amazing too ( at least the ones I tried). It's all you can drink for 90minutes and the drinks bar has a lot of options (sake, beer, highball, softdrinks, tea, coffee).

Located next to a bus stop. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Book the gorgeous Japanese style room with private onsen. The view was peaceful and amazing. Dinner was great in form of shabushabu. We loved the beer machine and had so much fun there. Will for sure come back in the future. さらに表示

Room has a private onsen & interior uses a lot of wooden structure infusing nice wood smell. Advance booking is recommended and essential. Agoda can offer over 50% discount which includes decent Japanese breakfast and dinner.
Famous Little Prince museum and Venetian Glass museum is nearby as well as well known Pampas grass field.
Take bus route T from Hakone Yumoto station and get off at Daigateke stop (there's a Lawson convenient store) . It's about 40min trip. Only 1 min walk to hotel from bus stop.
Better to buy Hakone Free Pass from Odakyu Shinjuku station. It includes train from Shinjuku to Hakone, most of the public transport in Hakone including Tozan bus, train, cable car, Ropeway and the famous cruise in Lake Ashi to see the Torii in the water. さらに表示
