Pros 1.Very close to the ueno local train station.. 2. Well worth your money..clean rooms... 3. Near everything 4. Provides umbrellas when rainy.. 5. Have elevator so its not hard to bring up luggages.. Cons 1. .if you know where to exit. And a bit far from shinkansen train sration. 2..bit small for the size and needs to be updated 3. .if the staff could only communicate better with the guests... 4. ..staff do not inform you.and they dont want you to leave it on the front desk. The will ask you to return it to your room 5. But you just have to wait a little more because it can only hold two people wih luggages. さらに表示

Stayed one night and the experience was good. Very closed to one of the exit of the JR Ueno station. Room was a bit bigger than the normal hotel room in Tokyo due to its open washroom design. Will consider revisit next time. さらに表示

There's a vending machine in the building also free drink like , tea, coffee, water. Staffs are somehow moodiness but overall is good. The place is very near Ueno station you can walk less than 5 mins from Iriya Exit. The place is not far from Ameyoko and Takeya Shopping mall. さらに表示

Unexpectedly there's light breakfast served everyday!! As well as the water / tea machine on 2/F which both helped me saved a lot of money! Room is small though - can't really complain as it's a norm at Tokyo. well... but it's really difficult to open 2 suitcases Overall an enjoyable stay さらに表示

The hotel provided everything we wanted. The room was clean. All services were good and the all staffs welcomed us with smile and feeling to help us for anything we wanted. The location is also good. Walking distance from good restaurants and the hotel is not far from the train station. If we go back to Tokyo, we will choose this hotel again. さらに表示

The hotel is 10mins by foot from JR Ueno station. Lots of eateries and many convenient stores nearby as well. Hotel was kind to send my bags up to room when i return at night to collect my keys as i was too early. FYI The hotel provides bread for breakfast foc, and hot/cold coffee/tea throughout the day. They do provide self service paid laundry facilities, slightly expensive in my opinion. Room is clean, had a queen size bed and the toilet is surprisingly not the usual cubicle type. Certainly worth the money, as long as you dont mind the distance. Reccommended! さらに表示

The roon was clean and comfortable although it remains the Tokyo-style hotel, i.e. small space and small room. The room size was definitely smaller then what we were used to, but honestly I think were spoiled with space everywhere else! The Japanese definitely have it right. It's not like your spending your vacation inside a hotel room. The location of the hotel is the best though. Its 2 mins from a major station, a couple blocks from a beautiful park and a few steps from a lively alleyway (which I forget the name).
