朝食の質が高い、きんぴらごぼうにさえ丁寧さを感じる。 内線電話のコールが大きく、内容が「もう外出するのはやめたか」の確認だったので、ゆっくり出来なかったのが残念 さらに表示

以前、お昼を食べに伺ったことがあるのですが、今回初めてこちらの旅館で宿泊することにしました。お部屋の数は全部で６部屋ほどしかなく昔ながらの和室の佇まいで、施設は洗面所お手洗い（男女別）お風呂（ファミリー向けと個人向けの２つ）は共通です。受付が21時までなので、それ以降旅館に帰ってくるときは旅館の方がいないので、チェックインの時に旅館の施設内容をしっかり聞いておくことが必要です。それと夕食は付いていないので別途他のところで取ることになります。 朝食は３種類のめっぱ飯から選択できます。内容はこちらで提供されているお昼のランチと同様のもので大変満足できました。 また機会があれば泊まってみたい旅館です。 さらに表示

七日町駅からは近いのですが、会津若松駅からはやや距離があり送迎をお願いした方がいいと思います。 宿泊日前のやりとりで送迎をお願いしていたのですが、失念されてしまい電話後30分以上待つことになってしまいました。 スタッフの方は基本的に女性で東北ならではの素朴な配慮は行き届いていました。Wi-Fiパスワードは館内案内のファイルの表紙に書いてはありましたが、その上に新聞などが置いてあり、気がつかなかったのでフロントにたずねたところ、要約すれば「表紙に書いてある」とのつれない言葉で残念に思いました。 朝食はシラスのめっぱ飯を選択しました。大変おいしく満足いくものでした。 さらに表示

Wife fell ill after the first night. We were blessed that Junko-san from Tagoto was able to help us contact a hospital and arrange for her to see the doctor. She even suggested we use Facebook as means of communication. Through out the ordeal, she helped us to speak to the nurses and hospital staff as they hardly speak English. The inn also helped to prepare special simple meal for the wife as she was not able to eat properly. We are very pleased and blessed to have chosen Tagoto for this trip. さらに表示

Tagoto is a bit of a walk from Aizu-Wakamatsu station but it is very close to Nanukamachi station if you can manage to take the train there. The staff was extremely, extremely friendly (yes I said it twice). The breakfast was superb and offered a wide variety of local cuisine. I wasn't able to finish everything and the staff offered to turn my rice bowl into riceballs to take out for the day, which I very much appreciated. I was told this is an old hotel but I honestly couldn't tell because it was speckless clean and the wood in the interior was so smooth and shiny. There is also a big private bath on the first floor that you can reserve for yourself or with family, even though the room also comes with its own bathroom. It is not the most luxurious ryokan I've ever stayed at but it's definitely the most memorable one based on its value for money and I definitely recommend it. さらに表示

The staff are really nice. They're trying them best to communicate in English with us. I think speak in English will not be a problem. They will prepare your bed during dinner time. Also, they will prepare bath room for you. The room is very clean and the food is very delicious. Highly recommend Tagoto. さらに表示

Everything - I could go on and on singing praises regarding the place. I've stayed in many ryokans including the cultural heritage ryokan but nothing compared to this place. Thank you Suzuki and the crew for your impeccable hospitality, a brief encounter with all of you would always be my treasured memory.
