Run by an elderly couple who's very welcoming to guest & helpful. If you decided to stay here, do not forget to order dinner since it's very awesome.
When I checked out I forgot that the room key is still in my pocket and has to asked the bus driver to return to them. Apologize for the inconvenience. さらに表示

I had a great first ryokan experience here—the staff was super kind and accommodating and spoke enough English to help me out. I requested a vegetarian breakfast and it was so delicious. Since it was raining (very lightly actually) on the morning of my departure, they insisted on driving me the 2 blocks to the bus station. So nice.
I loved the outdoor onsen and taking the ropeway up the mountain to hike around. Highly recommend. さらに表示

The room is big and clean. The onsen in the hotel is nice and comfortable. You can not use soap in the public onsen outside the hotel. The hotel owners are willing to provide any assistance you need. For example, I can not find any shop that sells apple and strawberry then I ask help for that to the hotel owner, he gave me one bag with 5 sweet apple in 10 minutes!!! It is a wonderful stay in the hotel. I will come to this hotel again if I go snowboarding again in Zao! さらに表示

記得第一天抵達的時候是滿天大雪紛飛，但很好運的溫泉巴士總站走過來也只要3分鐘不到，很感謝老闆全家這幾天的照顧，讓我們在陌生的冰天雪地裡仍能享受家裡一樣的溫暖，幫忙我們拿行李以及溫暖的笑容，房間非常的乾淨也提供所有需要的用品以及浴衣暖桌，在我們吃飯的時候就幫我們鋪好了床鋪，早餐晚餐是非常可口的日本家常料理，我們每天都吃的好睡的好，還有小型湯屋可以泡湯，每天看著老闆全家人從早忙到晚上，覺得很感動，非常的感謝。這是這幾年來日本最好的回憶了。 さらに表示

super séjour dans ce ryokan. je suis arrivée par bus depuis Yamagata, et le ryokan est à 2min à pied. Ensuite, excellent et très copieux diner, possibilité de profiter du bain du ryokan, et des bains publics via des tickets fournis par le ryokan. ceux ci sont à 2 min à pied idem, et bien sympathiques. Petit déjeuner de même copieux et de très bonne qualité, diversifié. la chambre était confortable et bien équipée. Les hotes sont très accueillants, et on sent qu'ils ont envie que l'on soit bien. Le fils qui gère l'hotel parle très bien anglais, sa maman qui gère les repas non, mais au pire il y a google translator. wifi dans la chambre. さらに表示

จากสถานีรถไปบัสเดินไปแปปเดียวถึงค่ะ เจ้าของที่เรียวกังใจดี และมีอัธยาศัยกับแขกดีเยี่ยมค่ะ อาหารรสชาติดีค่ะ คุณแม่ของเจ้าของเรียวกังเป็นคนลงมือปรุงอาหารเองเลยทีเดียว ไวน์ของเรียวกังทำเองค่ะ เราสามารถแจ้งเขาได้ว่ารับประทานเนื้ออะไรไม่รับประทานอะไร เขาจะจัดสิ่งเราทานได้ให้แทนค่ะ มีออนเซนของเรียวกังเอง ไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ก็อาบน้ำได้สบายระดับหนึ่ง ดีค่ะ さらに表示
