The host is very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance from the house, there’s an established onsen (opens until 12ish am), 24hr yoshinoya and 24hr supermarket. There’s also a beach nearby. It was a very authentic Japanese experience with very few tourists around. The mattress are also quite comfortable. They provided toothbrush, hand towel and soaps too. さらに表示

Really good place to relax after 15 hours of journey. Located in a quiet corner, surrounded by a garden. The owner kindly gave us a lift from Kansai airport, the guesthouse however is easily accessible by Nankai line, only 10 minutes walk from Nishikinohama station. On leaving Japan we planned to stay in the same place before flying home, but the owners located us in another building (to which we agreed) near Tsuruhara station (6 minutes walk), even closer to the airport. Very good service. Very friendly family. Beautiful house. The family rooms (Japanese Room - four people and Japanese room five people combined) are fantastic and these rooms can be locked off and separated from the rest of the house to make it quiet. Otherwise, this house definitely has a noise problem if other guests are staying because of the 'paper' walls between guest parties. But, the helpful manager made sure that both parties were on opposite ends of the house which mitigated this issue. Once in the house and staying there, we realized that it would have been hell if we had stayed in the same wing of the house with the other party which consisted of a group of seven young Japanese people. No soft talking there. Read the other noise related reviews for this place. These reviewers are not making it up. さらに表示

It's not easy to find the place by train , the owner did not guide clear on arrival date, so we took taxi from the airport cost about 5000 yen is quite expensive. On the check out date the host gave us a lift to the train station about 10 mins, we took train 5 stations to Kansai airport cost 560 yen. さらに表示

Pros: - Cheap (value for money especially for those budget traveler) - Near Airport (no need to worried about traffic going back to Airport) - Very clean with this kind of small hotel business perspective. Room are free from smoking smell. Toilet and bathroom are super clean with all the accessory provided. - Staff are super friendly (Chinese). No issue for us who can't speak Japanese. They are able to communicate well in English too. - Share kitchen which is very convenient to budget traveler. - Very close to a big grocery shop where we can purchase almost all traveling usage item. - Very close to a Cafe restaurant (珈琲館二色の浜店, GPS: 34.4358931,135.3384317) which serve breakfast starting 7am. (note: Free morning bread and boiled eggs when we purchase any drink) Cons: - For foreigner who purchase JR Rail Pass, it will be a bit inconvenient as need to walk for 2km to reach Izumi-Hashimoto Station. Good things is that this hotel provide free bicycle booking. We can ride bicycle to train station and park at nearby bicycle parking shop with 100 yen per day only. Just need to beware of traffic as the road is very narrow. - For those who stay in the room with wooden wall between another room (洋房A & B), it has gaps that able to see thru clearly from the other room. We were spending a week in Japan traveling all over and wanted to make sure that we spent a couple of night's in a traditional Ryokan (guest house). It is in a nice neighborhood just off of Highway 29. We slept on mats on the floor and we all had a good time. Make sure to take towels and if you are tall watch your head when going to use the bathroom. さらに表示

This commodation is clean, beautiful and peaceable but far from train station(Nishikinohama station around 1.5 km.) You should send a specail request to owner for pick-up you when you arrived station to prevent stray. However,This place is likely to recommend because there are many advantage. さらに表示

The place was more of a homestay, cozy and 1km walk to the closest train station. The room we got was rather crowded for five adults and wall was very very thin. It was overall ok for the price we paid. さらに表示

Place was great. Getting there tricky as taxis from the next MAIN rail station would not take us there because it was down a narrow alleyway. Persuaded the fifth taxi driver to take us. Not that difficult to get to but taxis did not want to scratch their large cars in the alleyway. Beautiful house and garden and right next to a wonderful beach. Did not receive full directions to get there until day before and had no internet access so made it difficult. However only 900 m. from local train stop. Check directions before setting out. The place itself is very nice, but the wall separating us between the next room was really thin and had gaps so we could pretty much hear our neighbours breathing, let alone chatting until midnight and 4am alarm! We also paid for a private room with ensuite, but there was no ensuite and they have since changed the description but haven't reflected this is the price we paid which is quite naughty! It's in the middle of nowhere, there are maybe 2 places to eat and 2 supermarkets nearby but that's it. Do not stay at this property. It is not a ryokan. It is Chinese owned and the lady on staff only speaks Chinese. The walls are very thin. We spent one night in "room 5." There is just a screen between this room and "room 4." The man in room 4 snored so loudly it kept us up. My husband and I each explained to the lady on staff. She was irritated that I had woken her up and told me to talk to the patron in room 4 myself. She shut the office door and went to sleep. My husband recorded audio of the snoring and I documented photos of the nonexistent walls. The rooms are very small. Five of us "slept" in a very cramped room. The toilet was not en suite. The walls were so flimsy we heard every noise on the outside street and every conversation the staff lady had. They give you an electric heating mat so my husband was cold in the middle of the night. This property is 20 to 30 minutes from the Nankai Main Line subway which is at least 40 minutes from Namba. It is 30 minutes from the airport and you will have to transfer once. It cost us over $30 roundtrip for two adults and two children. The convenience store Lawson's is 20 minutes walk and there are only two restaurants within walking distance. Very very difficult to find. Both GPS in my car and google map cannot find it. The most important is the hotel phone number is a mobile phone in the main China!!! What on Earth a traveler could dial an expensive international call to reach a mobile phone in the mainland China for a room in Japan ??? This house serves mainly Chinese from China. And wall between rooms is just a thin wood. Very noisy at night. Need to share both toilet and bathroom. Far from downtown. Never again. さらに表示

It´s a guest house and the owners does not live there. We´ve been ther for two days before leaving Japan and i would not repeat. The first day we went to bed early and the people next door make a lot of noise for about 4 hours. That wouldn´t have been a problem if the rooms where not separated with a paper door opened on the top. The owners dont speak english. Make sure you arrange with them your arrival because they are not always there. さらに表示
