朝食バイキングのお味噌汁がお湯しか出なくて味がしなかったのが残念だったのと、レストランに大きなハエがいたのがいたのが気になりました。中浴場は一般客が入っていいのか何も説明して貰えなかったからフロントの人はちゃんと説明した方がいいです。あとは安定でした。 さらに表示

Location is 30mins away for JR Hakodate by local tram service that cost ard 240yen. 5mins walk to hol from Tram station. No attraction near the hotel, except for a shrine that is 20-30mins walk from hotel. But staff were very friendly, we will treated warmly by a few hotel staffs upon arrival after walking with our luggages in the snow from tram station. Hotel guest were mainly Japanese. Room and onsen is very clean and neat, although room furnishings are a little old. Buffet spread for dinner and lunch were pretty good. さらに表示

this hotel have a very nice spa room. you can enjoy onsen & see great view from the spa room. the hotel have indoor & outdoor spa room where you can experience difference onsen environment. the hotel staffs is very friendly & helpful. they also fluent in english. i arrive the hotel very early & tired. the hotel staff let help me keep my luggage & allow me to go onsen. after i come back from side seeing, my room is ready with my luggage in the room. full mark for the hotel staffs. the hotel is near to tram stop, only 5 min walk from hotel to the tram stop. very convenience. the hotel food is good, lot of variety. nothing more to say about the food accept great. the hotel provide western style room & japanese room so you can choose which room you want. their room is very clean too . さらに表示

We went there by taxi, location is not prime. Room is spacious but the setting is rather old. Traditional hot spring is a good try. Buffet dinner is ok, but not too many varieties of food available. Price is rather expensive given the food quality and old room condition. Will try another hotel next time. さらに表示

The hotel is quite far away from the city of Hakodate, is about 30 minutes ride using the electric tram. The room is big and clean. Since the place is famous for the onsen, we expected more from the onsen (Public Bath) and it was quite disappointing. I would prefer the onsen hotel is Noboribetsu.
