The staffs welcome and greeted us upon our arrival at around 7.30pm. Checkin went smoothly and they even prepared for us dinner before we head off to our room. Dinner was fantastic with spread of japanese dishes. As we have restrictions to our diet due to religion, staff were so nice to ask what we can/cannot eat so that rhey can prepare for our next day meals. As they csn speak limited english & we can speak limited japanese, they use google translate to communicate with us. The room itself was cosy and clean and the view we had was amazing. It snowed the next day and view was incredibly pretty. This accomodation is defintely the one to stay ar even though the location is far off from the city. As we were going to explore tazawako ski & lake tazawa..this is a great place to stay at. I applaud the staffs for taking good care of us and will definitely stay here again when we visit akita:) さらに表示

價格低廉時NT:3000大洋有找含早晚餐(懷石料理)並非自助吧~ 從田澤湖車站到這家飯店站牌下車 近去也只要4分鐘 從雪場走到飯店也只要10分鐘 (當然看你往哪條走..但我走就是10分內...) 有露天風呂唷~餐廳服務人員會想盡方法讓你知道今日菜單..以及說明一些事情 整體上來我住得很愉快~~也很舒適~ さらに表示
