We enjoyed that we found all other Travellers in the hotel and Onsen were Japanese . Staff were helpful with information in fair English. We were here in Spring. The Onsen was great. Would return to our large Japanese style room. さらに表示

Buffet dinner has a lot of choices. Onsen is just as the pictures described. We chose the room with western beds as we don't feel comfortable sleeping with tatami. TSURUNOYU ONSEN is just half hour drive from hotel. Beware that they serve group tours. さらに表示

The hotel is about an 8 to 10 minute taxi ride from the JR station and adjacent to a golf course. A big plus is that the hotel runs a regular complimentary shuttle to both the lake and the JR station (this station is also a Shinkansen stop). Very well appointed, if slightly dated hotel, very helpful staff and good facility’s. The food is relatively expensive but a good variety. Dinner was only smorgasbord, making it expensive if you only required a smaller meal. さらに表示

The morning before arrival I sent an email via the website contact function, asking for the free pickup from JR Station. Geng and Terasaka of MYSTAYS Guest Relations replied immediately and they contacted the Resort to pick us up at 15:30. We are so impressed. The resort is nice, quiet and cozy, perfect for us to relax. Excellent service from the restaurant staff at breakfast. Nice onsen and they charged an extra 600 Yen spa tax for 2 of us staying 2 nights when checking out. Snow fall today and we love it. さらに表示

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were a great size for Japan and the open-air onsen was perfect for a cold fall night. We didn't realize there was shuttle pick-up, but we easily took a local bus and then walked 10 minutes to the resort. Once at the resort, we were a bit late for the normal shuttle run to the lake, but the hotel was extremely nice and offered to drive us anyways! Note- the resort is not within walking distance of the lake, so if you do not have your own car, you will want to take advantage of the shuttle service. We scheduled a pick-up from the lake, but as it became dark earlier than we expected, we called the hotel and they picked us up right away! We were super grateful for their service. The dinner was a little pricey (typical with Japanese resorts), but there was plenty of food to fill up on and get your money's worth. I would definitely come back someday! さらに表示

This spot was a great spot to stay in - the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast had a variety of options which was nice. Could probably have added more fruit/ fresh veggies to the buffet. The onsen within the hotel is quite big and there’s an indoor and outdoor section. A nice option to unwind with before bed at night. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to visit the Nyuto Onsens, as Tazawako is quite hard to get around if just relying on the free hotel shuttle and public bus. the room is big!!! I was so surprised. the the location is far away from the JR station, it is inconvenient for the people who don't drive. although the hotel provides shuttle service between the JR station and hotel, the schedule is fixed. no convenient shop/restaurant nearby さらに表示

在日本住溫泉酒店，房間這麼大，真是第一次！剛好遇到下大雪！到處都是白色！真的十分不錯的感覺！一泊两食是自助餐，內容也不錯，自駕遊推薦，酒店有車接送到火車站。性價比高！ さらに表示
